No their isn't. Theirs a luxury hotel being built in Grey street but it lacks valet parking so therefor won't be able to gain a 5* rating. Its not Grey Street IIRC. Its an unused buıldıng that has a basement that stretches halfway under the road to Central Statıon. Its only ın a plannıng phase at the moment. However you re probably rıght about the parkıng Thats interesting, I've not heard of that. Do you have a link to the planning application?

UEFA don't do the 1, 2, 3, and 5 star rating anymore, they do a different format. Anyway SJP could host a Europa League final but questions would be raised about a Champions League final, mainly regarding it's capacity.

I wouldn't want to change the camera position to be honest. It shows the giant Newcastle United sign throughout the game. What gets me though is that other stadium like Old Trafford and Celtic Park have their camera's facing the biggest side of the stadium and as such other supporters don't give those grounds any stick about their lopsided stadium. SJP only gets that stick because it is visible during games.

Theirs not much help you can give a peado though. It's a sexual desire and you can't 100% remove it. Those listed buildings are beautiful, in a dream world we could have an all one size rounded stadium, but the lopsidedness gives it more character and gives those on level 7 a pretty good view of the city when the match itself is boring. We can extend to somewhere between 60k-62k by just expanding the Gallowgate to a mirror image of the Leazers end already and that would make it one of the biggest stadiums in Britain. I would gladly settle for 62k. Anyway theirs nothing stopping us from raising the East stand a little, providing the roof was transparent to allow the sunlight to shine on the listed buildings behind.

So long as it's not here. Why wouldn't you want the joint top goal scorer of the Premier League last season at Newcastle? Well he's on £50k, they should be able to offer him £15k, i think if he wants paying we should only match what they'd offer for his final year.
