I met him at 4am in one of the dirtiest bars in reading while he was in a full tux. Very surreal experience and i'm not certain the bird he was with was very impressed. He was with his Missus when we saw him. I ended up going to some bar called the Purple Turtle, was another typical cheesy and tacky bar. on another note, i didnt think simpson had that bad a game, but i did have quite alot to drink that night

its got to be either him or one of the other stupid england lads like gerrard or rio. -
All these comments about not getting him as our manager sounds a lot like tempting fate

I don't know, Valencia then when a poor team from what they once were and what they are now, and we were very good. The UEFA Cup the following year I was convinced from the start that we were going to win, and we were arguably the best team against Lisbon over the 2 legs and we would of won in the final had we of got there. Unfortunatly though we missed a few good chances and well we all know what happend in the 2nd half of that away game. that game followed by that semi-final in Cardiff were probably the most painfully days as a Newcastle supporter that i'v known, made relegation look fun. Definatly miss European nights, always regret not going to an away match in Europe. And the big signings, I know quite a lot of people hated them but to know your club could get some of the best players out there was a great feeling.

Anybody know which blocks are the ones closer to the away fans, planning on changing seats as the people I sit next to annoy me far too much to stay in my seat, which is a shame because it's really quite nice appart from them.

Wow their pitch is dirtier than most top shelf magazines

Have to agree There are some moaning people around L7 but the ones next to me take the biscuit, they must be about 18, turned up 15 mins into the match, left at 40 mins, turned up again around the 60th min, and left straight after the 3rd goal ( the only goal they saw) and had the nerve to have a go at 'part time supporters'

I'm sure there must be a half-decent woman commentator out there somwhere, so why choose one that sounds like she's talking about shoes or middle aged slags in the city or whatever it's called.

Taylor, williamson, colo, Enrique. Would love to see it at least attempted, but it's not going to happen imo, so will vote Taylor and Colo.

strange how he looked out of his depth at notts forest, but looks comfortable now, yet it's not really surprising.

I've left my 'lucky' scarf at home, so if we need a scapegoat.... Smith and hall out, Guthrie and williamson in according to ssn. -

will depend what block, those that will be impossible to move back will also be the ones where there no need though. I think he said it was the second from the left (2nd closest to away fans) doubt you'll be able to move then, but should be a cracking atmosphere There anyway -

this. the only times I remember this not being a problem has been when our home form has also been poor.

Can't get to this now. Pretty gutted as it would only be my third away game this season -
I watched most of the match, he was terrible. Thought it seemed odd for him to be playing well

Pretty impressed by Bendtnar from the match of the day highlights (so not the greatest source) good thinking in helping set up arsenals goal
