Not saying that this is the point you're making, but a new stadium wouldn't just be about the capacity - it's the entire experience from seeing the building as you're walking towards it to the moment you step outside after full-time. There is so much we'd have to settle for if we stay put and I don't think the conversation around a new stadium would come around again for a long time, whilst SJP continues to creak year after year.
