Pelaw innit. Lad I ate a banana out of a dancers fanny with in Amserdam was seeing his daughter. Said he was a canny bloke, albeit 18/19 years ago now.
-
Bowen should be in the England squad.
-
Nah, the bloke bumped into the keeper after he'd caught the ball.

We know an average player when we see one

Raise your bar, man. He was bypassed a few times by simple one-two's and gifted posession back to them a few times with shit headers when he had enough time to think about it a bit more. Not saying he was bad, he wasn't, I just don't think he was great outside of his involvement in the goal.

He made a correct decision, whoop de doo. He's a better cricketer than he is a footballer.

Agree with this, and I've been one of Shelvey's biggest critics for a while. He's nowhere near the weak link he once was.

Loved it when Krafth turned into prime Cafu for 5 seconds -
I actually didn't think he was great, he was at the minimum level required today, which is better than he's been. His positional play and decision making still isn't of the required standard.

Never had a weekend like this. Two card doubles come in for me. Actually forgot I had Krafth & Maguire until i was walking past the Strawberry. £350 up in two days, that's Xmas paid for (ish)

Maguire and Kraft yellows @ 20/1 Fred and Schar yellows @ 9/1 HWTL

They like him fwiw, although they properly loved Lampard. I try and watch as many of their games as I can but I don't see anything in their style of play that makes me think Rooney is all that. He's clearly a motivator, which is more than you can say about some PL managers over the last few years tbh.

Hope you're right!

Just got on Lallana at 17/2. Stuck an in-play bet on Mings and Alonso earlier which returned me just shy of £200, so spreading a fraction of that.

Anyone fancy another forum bet today?

I'm getting the word 'Bramble'

Didn't you know, everything has to be one extreme or the other these days.

Obviously guessing, but it would be very strange of them. Personally I think they're wanting to compete with the Qataris and the Abu Dhabi group. There's no real point in purchasing us otherwise, we're absolutely nothing to them.
-
If they have then they're even more fucked up than Ashley.
-
They haven't stuck around for two years of negotiating / splashing millions on lawyers to ensure that we become a comfortable mid-table PL side.
-
Berwijn channelled his inner Adama Traore there.
-
And a nice finish from Bowen. Lovely touch and hit.
-
Nice goal by Spurs, love a bit pass and move.

Same.
