Time to give Will Hughes a go?
-
He's the first coming of a second rate Kevin Dyer
-
He'll probably be off to sit on someone's bench at the end of the seeysen anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

According to that article he had 3 straight red cards, no yellows in his 11 games. Fucking journalism

The more I think about it the more I'd prefer the subs option. -
You don't say. Wey you did tbf. Unless you're agreeing that West Ham have no culture, which is canny mental. No, I meant that they have shit culture. Hmm, I'd disagree like, what with most of their team making up the '66 winners and them being a long-standing club with a large fanbase, but each to their own. But football began in 1992, what have West Ham done since then?

Personally I thought it was a little crowded last time round, but I'd abstain from any vote as I'm really not bothered what we do, happy to go with the majority either way. -
Class, I've had a very similar argument before!

One of my earliest memories is us losing against Chelsea in a penalty shootut in January of 96. I can also vaguely remember Halmstads and Ferencvaros later on that year. We demolished both of them with Ginola scoring THAT goal against Ferencvaros. I genuinely thought we were one of the best teams in the world because we were able to beat teams from Sweden and Hungary More recently the 4-3 against Man Utd with Robert scoring the free kick and Keane swinging a punch at Shearer was pretty epic in terms of the atmosphere throughout the game. -
Out of interest what has Sels done in his time here that makes you think he's as good as he is? Unfortunately all I can remember is that his distribution is shit, he's flappier than flappy bird and he hasn't pulled off any outstanding saves.

We don't, though. And he doesn't. The 3 games we've lost this season Gouffran wasn't playing. And he often singles him out for praise, not the only one but he definitely seems to like him. Unbelievable how often some people don't read between the lines. "Here, senor, Gouffran is shit, I've been telling everyone in the media for the last few months, but please do take him off my hands for a few million more than he's worth. Please." He did the same with Sissoko, praising his work ethic in training ffs. Obviously nobody outside the clerb really knows how well he did on a day to day basis, but I bet his work ethic wasn't anything special when compared to rest of the squad. Rafa isn't Pardew or Carver and I don't think we'll ever see him throwing someone under a bus. -
You can hear a pin drop in the Gallowgate West Corner, so avoid that if atmosphere is your thing.

That lad was called Darren and he was killed in London by I think a group of Welsh Rugby fans. Edit : Wigan Rugby fans http://bleacherreport.com/articles/3933-newcastle-united-remembering-mad-darren Ahh fck. I was told it was swindon fans. What minute did we pick to clap for him when he died back in the day?

He's put in one decent cross all season

Wenger said he's open to managing England one day, personally I'd love it.
