Great credit to Wigan who played with no fear which was pretty remarkable, they looked hungrier than we were which was disappointing. Just blew us away in that first half. Been a fantastic season and there's still possibilities in the remaining three games, just hope we can regroup and finish on a high.

Some great flowing stuff there, Yohan and Hatem running the game. As for Papiss, it's really quite astonishing how deadly he is.

Haven't felt this confident going into games for a long, long time. A slightly scary place to be, but it's amazing really how it's all come together in the last few weeks. Can't praise Pardew and the lads highly enough, they're really doing us proud in every game.

Love the way he kills the ball however it comes to him, wonderful close control. Seems to ghost around the pitch, arriving at the right time in the box. A born finisher and exactly what we needed. So pleased he's here. Going to score bucketloads.

Magnificent result. Willo and Perchy excelled all expectations, they were just great. Shame we didn't test Enrique with a few shots at the end, would have been the perfect ending, but a brilliant day - killing the game off with the possession at the end was equally satisfying.

Just don't know what we'd do without him, he's had to shore up the whole back line since Taylor's injury. Been phenomenal really. Would be nice to put a bit of quality alongside him next season, particularly at full back.

Guthrie and Ben Arfa need to come on for this match, we need to get our foot on the ball and be progressive. Cabaye and Taylor can be taken off.

Just got in to hear this brilliant news. Fantastic boost all round, and before the derby - the whole place including the players, will be buzzing. Just great. Excellent feel good factor for the run-in. Credit to the club here for both deals, perhaps there is a plan after all! Its very encouraging anyway.

Heard we were 3-0 down on the way home and couldn't face watching or listening to it after that. Got away with it last couple of games, but guess this was always going to be a bridge too far without Cabaye and Tiote.

Been absolutely brilliant this season and a vital player in the squad. Great to have someone of his class contesting the midfield. Hope we are generous enough to secure him with a good deal.
