Oscar is so boring to watch these days man. He just isn't doing anything. I hate Mourinho Won most tackles in the World Cup. 14 more than second placed dutch CB de Vrij Open to correction here but hasn't he had that kind of stat (high amount of tackles) even before Mourinhio? Seem to remember something like that anyway

closest was saying his job was under threat in one report which he cried over the betrayal from someone leaking something to the press-he of coarse would know nothing about leaking stuff to the press
-
the collapse since the previous game vs man utd is staggering before that they looked quite solid so what the fuck happened
-
thing is those teams are playing in actual league games, this game for HBA was an "under 21" or to put more honestly a reserve game not in the english league. I'm not quite sure when reserve games actually counted. All in all rather silly this.

I'm very much of the same opinion, why even bother watching it let alone get upset by it, its pr nonsense not worth noting (and this applies to all managers everywhere)
-
on what possible basis is he trying to claim he should get away with it. He should have been sent off 3 or 4 times in that game

Hull 1-0 Newcastle Crystal Palace 2-1 Everton Liverpool 1-1 West Ham Man Utd 3-0 Leicester Stoke 1-0 QPR Sunderland 1-2 Burnley West Brom 1-1 Spurs Chelsea 1-1 Man City Arsenal 3-0 Aston Villa Southampton 2-0 Swansea

deadline was today iirc and he needed 5 FA's to stick their heads up and nominate him (thus exposing them to the wrath of Blatter for daring to oppose his dictatorship) was never remotely possible just a big pr stunt

you'd hope one of the guys who gets it gets most of them just from a consumer point of view, would be rather horrific having lets say 4 broadcasters all with matchs and subscription services to watch them. On the whole frankly I don't see this as good for English football in the slightest every club is growing more and more dependent on the tv deals in their income and if the bubble bursts then a lot of clubs are screwed. We'd be fine mind since we don't bother to spend the extra tv cash that has been coming in to begin with.

yes apparently, 1990 world cup Ireland and Holland tossed a coin for 2nd and 3rd place Ireland won but Holland went through as one of the best 3rd place teams -
BBC retain highlight rights til 2019. Thank fuck itv didn't get it

Insane thing was as I recall we had that dominant cb lined up in Douglas on a free before dear JFK torpedoed it. A case of what might have been had him and MYM been able to forge a good partnership.
-
good post but the problem is its getting to the point where no one showing up (don't think that will ever happen stadium may not be full or near it but there will always somebody who will go along because hey premier league match and man utd are playing there etc etc) wouldn't have that big an impact not with the tv deal only going to get bigger.

amazing how much the media ignore the fact Chelsea completely bottled it too, loses to Palace and Sunderland, turn those into wins as you would expect and they win the title Cos Mourinho is untouchable that fucking "little horse" bullshit
-
the less there is of the Stevie G Farewell tour and consequent media obsession over the happier I'll be.

that looks a penalty to me

Let's sell him for daft money and replace him, unfortunately the big club move is only in his head. oh I don't know, there have been dafter transfers that happened than say Sissoko to Arsenal.
-
because the majority of the guys running football at a high level (ie club board members, FA's, UEFA and FIFA) are greedy bastards looking to line their pockets and don't give half a shit about the average fan beyond how much they can scam out of them.

Just in time for Hull... or to be sold and oh damn there wasn't enough time left to replace him....... -
This has sod all to do with Carver he has been desperatly pimping himself out for some time now. I just find it quite disrespectful to us. He has every right when his employers actively try to not win things/be successful. We probably lied to him to get him to sign in the first place. I have no issue with him wanting to leave in order to improve. Him telling the world he wants to leave on a weekly basis I do have a problem with. If I was him and got duped into signing for this sham of a club, I'd be shouting from the rooftops and holding personal press conferences daily till I got moved on. duped? He was probably sold the idea of using the club as a stepping stone from day one

thing is freefall is entirely possible. Next 3 games are vital because after that the fixture list turns horrific and by the time Leicester wba QPR etc games come around the confidence could be so badly destroyed from losing game after game after game that I wouldn't fancy our chances anyway. 7 points minimum needed from Hull Stoke and Palace to be sure of safety, I'm not exactly confident on getting that 7 points.
-
the fixture list gets pretty damn ugly after the next 3 too.
