clear as you like.

I'd go for someone who was good at his job first then look at style.

Martinez has done well to improve on the ridiculously solid foundations laid for him by Moyes is my taking of it tbh, its not like the football under Moyes in recent years was anywhere approaching bad and more often than not its been good so while its better to watch now its not a huge difference at least to me as an outside viewer of Everton. The signing of Lukaku was obviously the key move and if it helps them into the champions league its more than worth the short term thinking of such a loan as he is the one sort of player that Everton have lacked for the last few years under Moyes.

Sky not picking us for games because of empty stadiums/damaging the "PL brand" will be another bit of turnover and devaluing the goodwill of the club (decreasing the worth of the club) might make a dent. Not being able to attract players who can keep us in the category of "surviving" might help too. It's a small start, sure, but if such an idea ever happened - there's a chance (remote or not) it could snowball IMO. I think its in the contract they have to show a certain amount of games for each club. And lord knows empty stadiums didn't harm Wigans standing with the prem its viewing figures they care about not bums on seats.

Fulham win that game and imho they stay up.

huge result for Fulham and the remaining fixtures aren't horrific for them, chance there for them to get out of it.

If you think Mike Ashley's going to sack him after losing to Man Utd, you're literally insane too tbf He won't get sacked, even if the players revolted, ashley would sack the players instead of pardew, we are stuck with this clown and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Some of the players are revolting tbf. honestly they can sell every single member of the squad and I'd be hard pressed to care about it every single one of them has no fucking spine or stomach for a fight. I think we've got quite a few good players, tbh. fair weather players, great when things are going well but when things turn against them? we get hammered too often due to heads players dropping, Pardew deserves shit for this but where's the players hunger which should just be there naturally as professionals?

shows what happens when the club decides not to spend a single penny on permanent transfers in a season and sells the clubs best player in the middle of the season and not even pretend to try and replace him. Its a fucking wonder it didn't catch up sooner.

the twitter shite thread is a few pages down.
-
too expensive for ashleys taste to sack him and he's not going to walk out himself and miss out on a payment, very few would.
-
only a fool would think we can't do worse and thats the scary thing. Things aren't going to get better under ashley
-
yup they're up. Well done to them

I despise the term hipster.

almost certain to be legal action if sunderland stay up.
-
Thought it was Southampton. indeed it was, read the fixtue list the wrong way round
-
Also the point was gained against Crystal Palace, were I them I'd be beyond pissed off over it.
-
How the hell can they not have a points deduction? At the very least it should be the point gained in that time. Premier League opening themselves up big time to court action if sunderland finish 17th 1 point or goal difference ahead of somebody.
-
poor defending by chelsea yet again.
-
awful from Terry.
-
I'd rather both teams find a way to lose somehow
-
how? Because for all their possession they've had zero chances and done nowt with the ball. You could argue we should be 2-0 up. agreed
-
for all of Bayerns dominance possession wise they're not doing anything with said possession and man utd have had the better chances.
