I reckon there's a decent chunk of season tickets who either didn't have one previously or, as in my case, had given them up under Ashley and then nipped back in at the beginning of the takeover season. A mixture of Covid restrictions lifting, so just being glad to have an excuse to get out again, and rolling the dice with all the talk of the takeover. Very much how it played out for me and my old man, he'd had ST since before I was born, I'd been going since Robson's last season. Both got binned off a while back under Ashley, but thought we'd take a 1 season gamble in the hopes the takeover went through.

Went for C. Probably a D last year, has been a bit more reliable when called on (apart from City), thought he was great against Arsenal. Could comfortably still be the starter at someone like Everton or Fulham and not look out of place.

Everywhere near Wembley will be plastic anyway. Is Boxpark covered?

They'd already disclosed the amount of people on cup scheme was above total allocation (I'd imagine only just) n'all, so splitting the pot breakdowns wouldn't have told us much more.

Didn't even need to scan the ticket (although seemingly the club have updated ticketing site to indicate this may be tracked in future) - my dad missed Brentford last minute due to illness and didn't go, but still ended up in pot 2 so wasn't penalised.

Based on there being as many, or more, in the cup scheme as our total allocation, I'd assume well over half our allocation is in pot 2 (either attending all 4 home games or passing on via email rather than transferring). Can imagine there'll be slim pickings in lower tier by pot 3.

It's probably to give priority over seat choice n'all, there'll be a rush for safe standing etc. Would like to avoid upper tier myself as was the pits last time round.

Anyone know the craic? Know there's planned works this weekend, and what trains are currently planned are fully booked. Assume they'll have to chuck more on now, or should I start looking at alternative routes?
