Bravo, Douglas, Piqué, Bartra, J.Alba; Busquets, Iniesta, Rakitic; Pedro, Messi, Neymar Strong lineup, I don't trust today's game at all. Interested in seeing if Douglas is good enough for this club or we've just been conned again by Brazilian agents.

Watching a Barça B - Indonesia U19 we've organized to give Vermaelen and Suárez some match fitness. I love SE Asians' fascination with 70s taches.

Will point his finger at "unreasonable" fans.

Marcelino Elena to weigh in tomorrow, surely.
-
9 in 4 for Ronaldo. [nomalo]

Thanks! I guess...

He said he reckoned playing in Spain would make it easier for him to be called up. I think Valencia can go places once they get all their financial trouble behind, anyway. Hardly a bad move.

Suárez will play in an open-door friendly against Indonesia this Wed. Seriously considering attending it.
-
That's not a bad thing to say. It shouldn't be, anyway.

I noticed today that Lim has invested in Salford FC. Do we have anymore news on his situation with Valencia? No new developments in the sale front. I do believe it will happen, Lim has already skin in the game, so it's not that he can pull out easily. It's just that creditors are driving a hard bargain.

0-2 for Valencia at HT away at Getafe. They have started the season fairly strongly tbf. 3 in 3 for Paco Alcácer.

I'm also frankly terrible at selecting the best defenders from my squad, the amount of clean sheets I have left rooting in the bench is pure -

It was to get him in the side before he rose in price too much. Now, I'm meditating on trading down from Agüero in order to get Di María, he's on fire. -

Transfering Diego Costa in and captaining him did the trick, I was sure he would stop scoring as soon as I did -
Messi 0-5
-
0-3 Sandro. Another Messi assist.

And Neymar hauled off... groundhog day.

Our transfer policy gets a lot of (often deserved) s***, but getting him was a brilliant piece of business imho.

Can you translate some of this VI According to Marca they have an agreement with an Abu Dabi sovereign fund to rename the stadium with "Abu Dabi" as part of the name (Abu Dabi Bernabéu, Bernabéu Abu Dabi, Abu Dabi@Santiago Bernabéu, wathever) to the tune of €25m for 20 years. 25 million per year for 20 years is a huge amount of money. Any chance of barca doing the same? As much as I'll hate it, probably. There's no way we can fund Camp Nou's remodeling otherwise.

We drew last season here, with a lineup not too dissimilar to this one. But the team's attitude looks much stronger now.
-
I hope we can inject back some predictability into football tonight like.

I'm sorry Froggy, but ManU

To be honest our clubs are often criticized for being too quick to fire managers, particularly when compared to England. Fair assessment of Pardew, though. To me, the biggest indictment you can lash at him is how your team is much less than the sum of its parts. That's the most basic thing to ask from a manager.

Latest rumor for Santiago Bernabéu's new name is... http://www.marca.com/2014/09/21/futbol/equipos/real_madrid/1411257011.html?a=3cf69d11211a70f2eebac9d78066e515&t=1411292967
