He had no chance with the goal like. You would have to look at the fact that the marking was poor and there was one, possibly two fouls in there, before you look at the keeper.

Think they'll have too much for us. 2-0 loss. -
It's just harmless banter and a bit light hearted humour. People take things far too seriously and get themselves worked up far too easily these days. I haven't seen anything they've put up that would genuinely offend anyone.

Thought we looked a lot better when he was replaced by Shelvey.

Can so few people create a toxic atmosphere?

Totally agree. You can't fluke a full 38 game season. You can fluke a match or two, or even get a lucky cup run with favourable draws but not a full league season. We finished 5th because we were the 5th best team in the country that season.

Excellent left back for us and I know a few people who've bumped I to him when they've been out and about and every one of them has said what a smashing bloke he is as well. Wish him well with whatever he decides to do next.

Entire factory is on backshift tomorrow night

Cracking draw! Benfield won more games in the FA Cup this season than NUFChave in the last 12. That's a canny stat and damning of the Ashley regime (before anyone pipes up I know he's only overseen 10 of those 12 years).
-
Certainly the 2nd relegation was down to his penny pinching and selling our best players without buying adequate replacements though.
-
We have an average net spend of £4m a season for the 10 seasons Ashley has been here. What I am saying is that the money we have received in transfer fees hasn't been reinvested back into the squad.
-
You're another one who has been brainwashed by the regime. NUFC turnover huge amounts of money and the money the club generate is more than enough to cover wages and agent fees etc. The Carroll money simply wasn't reinvested. How the hell have I been brainwashed? He put in a loan to help cover the relegation season, bought Tiote, Ben Arfa and that lot within 12 months of promotion (18 if you include Cisse). Those are facts, not being brainwashed man. A relegation that was brought on by his mismanagement you forgot to mention. We have an average net spend of £4m per season in his time here. Show me another club in the Premier League who have spent less. The Carroll money was never reinvested in the squad however you want to dress things up.
-
Would be easier for them just to shift the home fans instead.

Newcastle Benfield v Kiddeminster Harriers in the FA Cup 3rd qualifying Round. NUFC don't play until the following day so hopefully they get a really big crowd in to back them. South Shields v York as well.

The food bank is a right con anyway. I deposited a pack of Hob Nobs in there before the Spurs game and when I went to withdraw them on Saturday I was told they were gone.
-
Agree with Barton, but not Nolan who was a very good player and captain for us.

We've been a selling club for as long as I've been a supporter. Firstly it was Waddle, then Beardsley, Gazza, and even when we were title contenders we sold Andy Cole. If the money is reinvested nobody has a problem with it, buts it's when the likes of Andy Carroll gets sold for £35m and the club doesn't see a penny of that money is when people get annoyed. It's great at the minute. 4th in the League, 3 wins in a row, playing well but my over riding emotion is what it might have been because make no mistake, if Rafa was backed properly we would be winning trophies.

Would love to see him start with that team.
