He has a business meeting model that has made him successful in every facet of his business bar owning this club/ to which he's had obvious benefits from anyway. That won't change because everything has to follow the blue print - fuck professionalism - what's the bottom line.

I'm almost positive that's a backronym, like when people claim "fuck" is "fornication under consent of the king" or golf is "gentlemen only, ladies forbidden". I've also heard people say it stands for "Not Of Normal Criminal Element" Oxford English Dictionary says origin unknown, but possibly from nance (same root as "nancy", as in nancy-boy) or Lincolnshire dialect word nonse, meaning a good-for-nothing. Love a bit of etymology me. Port Out, Starboard Home and all that.

I know players are culpable, but how you do anything other that portion the lion's share of the blame with the manager upwards who, most, have overseen the neglect of over 50 odd different players in different squad types is bonkers. The problem is abundantly cultural and includes the ambition shown in the appointment and skill of the manager. It's the Pardew argument again - people are scared of which unknown dinosaur will be brought in. Starting to think we definitely need this relegation just to show using the only currency Ashley deals in that he needs to overhaul everything and if not to nobly fuck off.

It's a prison term for paedophiles as in Not On Normal Comunal Exercise b cause other inmates would cut them to pieces.

We're desperately fucked at a 1 in my opinion. 10 to 1 right?
-
It's evidence of, in any walk of life just how far bluster and bullshit can get you, once players get past that and try and grip anything of substance then he ends up in his usual dire position and anyone's fault but mine siege mentality. Ie suss he's a cunt.

The squad is always a gnats tadger from being tripe - see the lb and ch situation. Shelves gets injured you're back to one of Colback, Anita and whoever saivet is. The quality in the squad is confined to mbemba and about 10 people trying to occupy 2 positions. So badly put together with a bad manager to boot. It's a sure fire ticket to downsville, wankershire.
-
When people say he's a good coach what does that mean? Can put the cones out? Tell people about tactics? Doesn't seem specified. A managers role is very multifaceted buts very apparent what one is.
-
Being paid handsomely for being shit at something? I could do that. Be almost fun to test.
-
The common denominator is always that they sacrifice quality of manager every time. They've thrown money at things this time and not addressed the elephant in the room, and yes to an extent, to doesn't have the tools to target the heights they were talking about at the start of the season.
-
No because they're both shit. Is why they need critcism. Just bad managers. Pardew thankfully was nowhere near and there's nothing to my mind to suggest the situation is vastly different. They've listened to the English players argument, arguably held by the coach and of a lot of fans and ran with it. Doesn't detract that Pardew and mcclaren are utter dinosaur wank.

The board is a sham. It's all posturing and gesturing in the same way that we were changing the stadium name for show casing purposes. I trust nothing they do and getting some old duffer who's sold out and the head coach on it doesn't convince me any different. The only ones we truly know have any say are Mike and little Mike.
-
I'd question how much say he's had like. We've bought British because that was the main criticism rather than its necessarily what mclaren wanted - which he likely did, but had little influence. That aside he's pretty shit.

Autocorrect is such a bastion

I agree. However we have Aaron's, haidara, mbabu, dummett all inexperienced or culpable at full back. A talented but highly pressurised young lad and bloke who looks like Bill Cosby's grandad up front with cisse indifferent and injured. Colback and Anita as wastes of time in the squad (obertan and gouffran anyone?) and our championship centre half pairing. We also have de Jong who has an injury record that makes ledley king look like the hulk. He have a handful of talent that can't fit into the squad at once. It's train wreck. Add a manager with the charisma and nous of a sanitary towel and it's a certified shambles.

Because once again we buy players the manager has zero knowledge of how to use.
