They are probably my favourite team this season, proving that just because you don't have huge resources doesn't mean you can't play good football. Pulis and Big Sam, could definitely learn from Rodgers, even though their (Pulis and Big Sam) style is effective it is still shit to watch. -
If a team were to come in for him how much would we sell him for ?
-
Isn't Laurant Blanc supposed to be a big fan of Ben Arfa's though ?

I think Phill Thomson had us to go down aswell.

It's great that we now can pass on our "joke club" tag to some one else.

If i remember correctly this happened quite often at Villa, they would go through a period of looking fantastic as though they would qualify for the champions league and then they would go through big dip in form, which was usually put down to a small squad(his relatively large budget was also often ignored by the media). I wouldn't be surprised to see this dip continue, but who knows. It will be interesting to see if he follows the same type of transfer dealings as he did at villa.

How many goals+assists does Messi have this season ?

But what ? I think if he plays, he''ll take the game by storm. It's just that he always does that! You know making a good game and after he's silent, against a lower team... Of course, really hope he'll start and rape them! You also said that started to change towards the the end of his time at Marseille, with his increasing fitness and new found maturity he will do well tomorrow, i think he has shown even in his limited appearences he can be very productive. Yes it's true. Now, if he keeps increasing fitness and working hard, no way he won't succeed. Plus, he's starting to be more productive, scored even 4 goals without playing a big amount of time! Now, he just need to show what he's really capable of! Trust me he can be much more better than he's actually. He's just so frustrating as a player! Perfectly know he could win tomorrow's game by himself but there is a gap between what he could do and the reality.... By the way, didn't NUFC lose against Norwich in the beginning of the season? Yes, but we had no centrebacks, meaning we had two players out of position there and i think most would agree that we really missed some height in the team that day.

http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/id/1034542/liverpool-striker-luis-suarez-open-to-psg-move?cc=5739 Rumours of a switch to Paris Saint Germain for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez are sure to grow after the player told Canal+ he could be open to such a move. Suarez has endured a stormy 12 months in the Premier League, scoring 10 goals in 32 appearances and being affected by disciplinary problems - the worst of which was an eight-game ban for the use of racially offensive language towards Manchester United defender Patrice Evra. Last week, PSG indicated they would make a move for the Uruguay international in the summer, though Reds boss Kenny Dalglish insisted there was no chance he would be sold. But now the player has suggested he is willing to move to the big spending Ligue 1 leaders the situation could change. Diego Lugano, captain of Uruguay and a staunch supporter of Suarez during the racism row, is at PSG and Suarez said he would "love" to play alongside him at club level. That said, Lugano is something of an outcast at PSG and has started only nine Ligue 1 games this season. Suarez said: "Yes, I could come to Paris, like lots of other clubs. There are lots of big clubs with such a reputation who want to build a strong team and Paris are one of these teams who buy to strengthen their side. "I would love to play at the same club as him (Lugano)"

Just look at our first team striking options - Ba, Cisse, Shola, Best, Lovenkrands and Ranger. Six strikers, four of which you'd struggle to argue are Premier League quality, let alone top half. Granted we are thin on the ground at full back and centre back. We need bodies there. Best, imo is premier league quality.
