Me too. I saw him play in Columbus during preseason and he looked more like a CB than a winger.

Not exactly high on my list, but I'll take almost anyone at this point.

I'm sure he helps, but I'm not sure what goalkeeper coaches can do at this level. Pretty much all professional goalkeepers know everything there is to know about keeping, they just need to execute it on the field.

I'd take playing a new/caretaker manager any time.

No they haven't and besides he bummed R.Taylor. Downing hasn't got a league goal or assist this season, keeping him quiet is not hard to do. Stats oh wonderful stats! He's come very very close, hitting the bar a couple of times etc etc, Actually watch him play and then come back eh? Yes, shocking when stats prove a player is average.
