I didn't hear anything from the Zoom meeting, but those tweets don't read less confident to me. As we know, it's already been reported that the beIN thing has delayed confirmation, but it's still expected to pass. It's not fun waiting, but nothing has changed since this story first broke a few weeks ago.

I’ve got a load of tins from Beavertown. Their Lupuloid IPA is superb. As is Gamma Ray. I have some Cobras and Asahi in the fridge also. Dusted off the Woodford Reserve to make bourbon sours, as well. Hopefully this goes through for the weekend. What's everyone planning on drinking when this is announced? I don't really hate the #cans thing, but this definitely call for more than just beer. Picked up some really cheap champagne and Lagavulin 8 almost two weeks ago, been waiting for the announcement ever since.

It's so Newcastle United that on the verge of getting rid of Mike Ashley everyone is trying to stop it I doubt the latter matters much, including the fact they say the PL should prevent governments from owning clubs, which is fucking impossible now. I'm mostly just tired of this, just wanted it done with. Can't enjoy one minute of a potentially massive takeover. It's just not worth it at this point

Thought it was okay until it the final panel.
