  1. He didn’t say that as a stand alone like, he said Lascelles had an ankle injury and he feels we have enough centre backs to have him sit out today, The that’s it bit at the end was because the Sky reporter had asked if it really was an injury and not something else.
  2. Really? You are going to get more people going if its a tenner than if its 30 quid. Yeah but typically the League Cup isn’t as well attended anyway (it’s always cheaper tickets) so I can’t see us taking more here than for an away game at Man City for example (one of the rare close away games) especially on a weeknight. We’ll see and FWIW I am going to go but can see there being a lot of empty seats

    Sunderland

Currently battering their U23s 4-0 - historic day for our club, be talking about this for years
  4. Don’t think that’s going to make much difference like tbh
  5. Was going to say, don’t think we have any chance of getting near selling over 3000 tickets like, Cardiff and Man City both going to go to public sale by the looks of it, don’t think we’ll sell much over 2000
  6. Can’t remember the last time an England team was so likeable! Even Henderson who going into the tournament I didn’t even want to be starting im warming too. It’s refreshing after all these years to see a group of players enjoying playing and looking like they really do care as well. Southgate has done brilliant the way he’s brought us all together, it’s got a very Italia 90 feel to it in as much as you feel even if we do go out they’ll be treated as heroes as you couldn’t ask for any more - I know I’m getting ahead of myself and we could lose 2-0 to Senegal in the last 16 without having a shot on goal but I just don’t see it with this team.
  7. When are we saying the first reports of violence and riots will come in then? England fans have only started arriving today apparently so I’d imagine tomorrow afternoon the Tommy Robinson fan club will be in full force. Was at the Costa Rica friendly in Leeds and will never again think the treatment of our England fans abroad is unfair, such a bunch of wankers
  8. Roy Keane seems to hate Bilic and seems to really not like Croatia ?
  9. Only just been picked this morning - Sky Sports making a desperate attempt to try and convince us there’s a battle for the top 4 still on

Probably just about beat Norwich and Burton, maybe a point at Reading but that’s it, won’t be enough
  11. Wetherspoons just opposite Thornton Heath or the Railway Telegraph just down the road from there usually If you’re coming from Kings Cross then Victoria Line to Victoria then southern to Thornton Heath would be easier in relation to pubs, only ten mins from the ground aswell
  12. Love watching fans going mental celebrating like that, even if it is Everton, such a great sight
  13. f***ing hell. I didn't know there was that many football fans in Luton. Probably isn’t, Be all day trippers and people that support other London clubs coming for the big day out. Can’t be arsed following them normally though. Really annoys me this sort of thing
  14. “Magic of the FA Cup” - basically people that can’t be bothered to support the club normally and probably support a bigger London club but will go along for the ride because they’re playing a big club in a big stadium, all the while bragging about how amazing their fans are for taking so many. Must really piss off the real fans
  15. If Fergie was still Man Utd manager he’d sign Kane in the summer and I think Kane would go, not so sure Mourinho will fancy it as much. Seems the perfect marquee signing for whoever Real Madrids new manager is in the summer now I’d imagine
  16. The problem is, after the match, the stewards won’t let you go the simple 10 minute stroll back to Statford station, You go through this weird system where even walkers have to stop at stop signs and go round this circle that takes you away from the station then back to it, so all in all around half an hour to just get in the queue, Saturday was especially busy of course so in some cases it was a good hour from the match ending to some people getting back to Kings Cross I kind of understand why they do it, but it has to be quicker than this, Upton Park was always a nightmare to get bck from as well but the fact you are so close then so far away from this tube station is bloody frustrating
  17. Amazing how the fixture computer randomly ends up putting the Manchester and Merseyside derbies on the same weekend, perfect for Sky
  18. 7 point gap between 7th and 8th in the prem as it stands
  19. What the hell are they on on MOTD. I usually like Danny Murphy on here but it seems he has forgot the last 6 years of Moyes manegerial career, make West Ham harder to beat? His last 3 jobs he’s made all of them very easy to beat. CAnt believe the non reaction of him taking that job, it’s madness.
  20. What the f*** is the ‘Everton way’ they’re waffling On about today. Everton have been a s**** club for years, Moyes got them in Europe a few times but they’ve never really played decent football, and before Moyes they were a team that were constantly around the relegation zone. This special club nonsense is almost as bad as the patter from West Ham fans
  21. Spurs would have won that with Kane/a decent striker like. They’ll finish above Man Utd still IMO.
  22. Really good afternoon of football today, both games been really good to watch. Makes a change
  23. Not got a good feeling about this one, especially with their result yesterday
  24. Commentator loves Murphy like, already ejaculated once when he had a header wide and gets excited every time he touches the ball
