Have to say. I haven't been really affected by us selling him but after watching that, boy I'm almost in tears. Maybe because if his limited playing time last season and how well the team did without him swayed me to not feel so sad but that video does give me joy and sadness about his good times here.

Assuming Barnes and Tino get sorted, I really hope we have one massive signing left in us. Sure, might be a loan for a CB or LB before that though but hoping we are keeping something big that will really complete a good window and show that we mean business.

As much as I am genuinely sad he looks to be leaving and I appreciate all the memories and excitement he gave us over the years, it looks like it's the right decision for all. I would be more mad and cried my eyes out had it been Big Joe to Saudi or even Bruno to Real or Barca or something. ASM has done his part for NUFC's history and we are creating new history and all so thank you ASM for everything you did and we wish you nothing but the best. NUFC will continue to grow too, no doubt.

God. Just looking at the pitch and the stands makes me miss us playing again so much. Can't wait for the season to start and hopefully, it'll be a successful and enjoyable one.

Think the only time I enjoyed Drury's commentary was on the PL World feed for Newcastle 5 - 1 Sunderland. Apart from that, haven't been a fan of his. Ian Crocker and Daniel Mann are much more passionate and natural describing goals.

I just came across some content on Everton's new stadium. God, it looks great and it'll be another stadium that will probably be ranked higher than ours in terms of facilitoes and amnities to host top games and events. It's better than Anfield for sure.

I don't think the owners would consider any move beyond the current location. The city council too would not want us to move as it will have an impact on the city's economy in some way. Hence, if there is a need for a location for any new stadium, compromise will be made for an SJP land and Leazes Park exchange. Moving elsewhere is a non-starter for any parties.
