Moving to a new stadium outside the city would be the easiest decision to make if they didn't care how the backlash would be. Taking so long to make this decision suggests more negotiations need to be made to get whatever location we want in the city.

City council surely would give up some city land to make way for the stadium in return for some cash and any other incentives?

As much as it sounded they wanted the move, atleast they know they nedd to get the location right too hence, I'm taking that as they'll want to be at the same location or very close by.

Lost interest after the first night of the second league games to be honest. Absolute tragic European Super League it is. Games between big teams boring as fuck. Some presenters were literally scrambling through their notes to see what the fixtures are for tonight. Too many teams, may have worked better with less teams.

I don't mind if we wear white socks once a while but not permanently. One thing I confirmed to hate tonight is when the home shirt is white with black stripes instead of vice versa. We should always have black shirt with white stripes. Some of our players had the white base layer tonight and it looked odd and bad for me.

I just watched and read about the Oakland Athletics baseball team playing their last game at the stadium that has been their home for half a century because their owner is moving them to Vegas, 550 miles away. What's the furthest loaction away tbat we as fans can accept should we need to build a new stadium? Obviously, Castle Leazes or the Arena site is the most preferred choice should we have to move. Staying at the current location would be the no.1 choice ofcourse but a major upgrade needs to be done. But other than that?
