They'll knick a fourth. We have been shite.

Cacapa half by Thiaw
-
Would love it if you beat it, KK. Love it! Howay king. you can beat it!
-
Him and Thiaw seem to have a really good bonding with their respective families and thus just make them both really good people to have around which Eddie seems to have built at the club. Compare that to the attitude of the Swedish mousekertool that we previously had, seems heaven and hell between the two.

I may have gotten this wrong but Eddie was Staveley's choice when PIF wanted Emwry but got rejectex? Sorry if I get my facts wrong. Just been really down with how things have been with us these past few weeks.
-
God, this and also yesterdays results really has worsened what was already a horrible week for me personally. Absolutely in the pits.
-
Would not not advancing in the Champions League, or FA Cup together with continued bad results in the league, cost Eddie his job? I fear PIF maybe looking for an excuse to move him on. I'm not even considering the Carabao semis. Think that's a tie too far for us.

Like that a lot but don't fancy our chances playing with 10 men and without a keeper.
-
They really are setting themselves up for a 5under1and hammering in March aren't they? I'd just settle for a 1-0 win off Woltemade's arse and we are on the cusp of European qualification again, still in the Champions League while they are hovering above the relegation zone staring at a return to the Championship

We have become too predictable and meek. There is no spark in how we play and this is why chances created has severely dropped. it's just passing and running with no real vision like we had previously. Sad and worrying at the same time.l

This fella might be winding down the years and he probably should not be a starter in games, but we were dearly lacking his leadership skills, game management and a bit of his shithousery in such a hostile atmosphere. Sure, we may have had Bruno, Gordon or even Joelinton from the bench. But they are walking red cards waiting to happen when being too hyped up. Tripps would have managed his team mates better. Just my opinion.
-
It's a simple fact. We have lost our identity of play all season long. Might be as long back as the tail end of last season. No more high press. No more enthusiasm. No more crunching tackles to get the crowd into games or to galvanise the team. Heck, we have even lost our skills in shithousery. We have become weak, soft and meek.
-
aye, they were horrendous first few games too.
-
We are so boring and meek this season. Apart from that 1st half at Everton, I can't remember any other 45 minutes of our games. Just utterly boring. A sharp drop in performance and contrast to how we have played in the past. I said in the pre-match thread hat Eddie had to unlock another of his tactical masterclass from his locker like he did against Arsenal in those two semis. Has he ran out of ideas with these players this season? Because we have been hugely abysmal all season long, or atleast for the majority of it.
-
At least we pummelled the scouse mackems in the green kit.
-
So he's not playing on Wednesday?
-
We have far more problematic players this season than big Nick. Cut the guy some slack.
-
We are wank in derbies.
-
Whoever wanted the derby back, hope your week and months to come are going to be eaay. We are wank in derbies. Period.
-
anyone swap a loss here today with thumping these mackem bastards in March at SJP on our way to European qualification while pushing them down the table?
-
Personally think Eddie needs to unlock another of his masterclass tactics from his locker to come away with 3 points today. This can't be just a 4-3-3 normal Premier League game approach. The fact that the unwashed looks like a good and tough opposition this time around makes it even more demanding of a thorough and special treatment, tactics and mental wise, from the coaching team. Remember how we beat Arsenal in those 2 semis? That's how different this fixture needs to be treated. No doubt Eddie knows that. He just needs to make sure the bastards in red and white won't know what's coming and what has hit them after the final whistle blows.

Among the teams still left when our number was drawn were Brighton. Glad we avoided them again home or away. Man Utd were still in there too.
