    Alan Shearer

I think If I was to create a list as they did, including wingers, wide forwards and strikers i'd probably have it as this. 10) Erling Haaland 9) Robin Van Persie 8) Cristiano Ronaldo 7) Dennis Bergkamp 6) Wayne Rooney 5) Harry Kane 4) Mo Salah 3) Sergio Aguero 2) Alan Shearer 1) Thierry Henry The Top three are set in stone for me, but honest the other 7 could change around dependent on my mood

Jaimie Carragher's ranking of the 10 best Premier League forwards is hilarious: 10) Gareth Bale 9) Dennis Bergkamp 8) Eden Hazard 7) Alan Shearer 6) Wayne Rooney 5) Didier Drogba 4) Eric Cantona 3) Cristiano Ronaldo 2) Mo Salah 1) Thierry Henry

  4. Vitor Pereira to Wolves agreed.
  5. He's having a really good season this year by all accounts, one of only 3 keepers to have over a 80% save rate in the Championship, with his being at 83%, only conceding 8 in 20 games. He's also incredibly young for his position and has a massive upside. If you can get him for £10m, it feels like a no brainer to me tbh.
  6. Been a while since we've had a cracker of a free-kick like that.
  7. It'll be harsh, but you can't be putting your hand up there.

    Sven Botman

We're 5th out of 26 in the League table thing, the youngsters seem to be doing well. Parkinson seems to be scoring most games too which is a decent sign.
  9. Bournemouth have won their last 3 like
  10. Just seen Des Buckingham got sacked as Oxford manager, thats a mental decision given how popular he is with their fanbase.
  11. Looks like Southampton are looking at Danny Rohl.

Knowing our luck, he'll do his other ACL.

    Dan Burn

He wasn't during the 22/23 season like, he was solid as a rock, and while he wasn't great there last year, the fact he came back a month early from a broken back because the team was decimated adds a lot of brownie points for me.
  14. Its not clubs coming up being shitter, its the clubs in the Premier League raking in loads of money, they standard has gone up substantially, so clubs coming up basically need a whole new 11 to compete.
  15. Subbing someone after 14 minutes
  16. I've not watched Southampton since the opening game, they are so so bad, it looks like they're just going through the motions, offering nothing.
  17. I know they have two squads etc, but Chelsea did play a game in -13°C temperatures in Kazakhstan, only 150 miles off the border with China, I think it's fair enough really
