  1. Tottenham to drop points on Monday, and it's been a decent weekend results wise.
  2. Draw is a perfect result for us really, means Chelsea are 4 points behind up, and that we've gained 2 points on Arsenal over the weekend.
  3. Sanchez is going to have sleepless nights if Chelsea don't win this

Somehow, someone is way ahead of you https://www.presentindicative.com/products/deadly-disease-trumps#:~:text=A classic 'top trumps'-,instructions in a neat box.
  5. How would people rate Lascelles as a pure captain? He's got to be one of our best i'd imagine, given where we where when he got given the armband and everything he's had to deal with to this point.

One thing that's becoming very evident is that we're set up in a way that means we're not reliant on one scorer, this season already: Aston Villa (5-1): 4 different scorers Sheffield United (8-0): 8 different scorers Burnley (2-0): 2 different scorers PSG (4-1): 4 different scorers Crystal Palace (4-0): 4 different scorers
  7. I think Ramsdale may be starting next game
  8. Is it just my screen or is it a bit misty in London?

Saying "Addiction is just due to a lack of will power" is just bullshit, it can take over your life in many different way, control you and dictate how you live and what you do. Whatever it may be, alcohol, drugs or gambling, they all produce a shot of dopamine that makes you want to go back to it time and again, and even if you know you have a problem, it makes it hard to get away from whatever that suspense may be, and as you get more and more addicted it becomes harder and harder to get away from, to the point that your body depends on it, and if you stop taking it withdrawal starts. But its not just the physical aspect that makes it hard, its the fact that most addicts are in social groups that taking or doing a certain things is expected, and its hard to break from, especially if you're in a deprived area, or people may be ashamed that they have a problem so hide their problem and don't reach out to others, and their problem gets darker because of that. As an example, try not taking coffee for a few days, its really god damn hard, you get headaches and fatigue really fast, and you very quickly put the kettle on to get the symptoms to go away. I'm not sure if any of this makes sense, but to say addiction isn't an illness, is just ignorance in the extreme.
  10. Leicester are 11 points clear of third in the Championship, they've only player 12 games
  11. Above the best team in the league in Brighton I see.
  12. Professional, solid & clinical, exactly what was need prior to some rowdy Germans arrive on Wednesday.
  13. Anyone still feel slightly weird that we continue to be utterly dominant against mid table Premier League teams? It's interesting how quickly you become accustomed to it too, as for Longstaff's goal, while I celebrated, its was no way as enthusiastic as it would have been a year ago, just a solitary fist pump, and a nod of appreciation. Cognitive dissonance be real
  14. I swear we have a minutes silence every week at this point.
  15. Ederson dropped for Man City.
  16. Almiron was playing a full 90 at midnight going into Wednesday morning in Paraguay this week, you'd imagine he'd not have arrive back in Newcastle until early Thursday. Probably why he's not starting.
  17. Who was managing the Blacks? Steve Bruce?
  18. They surely know what they're doing there. They can't actually believe that
