While I think it was a pen, it's a 50/50 decision, and I don't think the ref gives it if he hadn't made the mistake on the disallowed goal.

It's like that collision Edison had with Fraser, that was a blatant penalty (even if it wasn't given), but the Man City defender had actually gone away with the ball.
I can see why Brentford would be annoyed, but it's a definite penalty.
