Based on the wild fees being thrown about for players like Mings, £10m is alright for Rodriguez like.
-
Bt offering 50 odd million maybe I love your optimism. We cannot attract those players at the minute.
-
Wait. You're not Disco.
-
88m Saudi Riyal is around £19m, so aye that's about right once the Saudi's buy you.
-
No terms agreed yet from what I know, but him coming in wouldn't affect the pursuit of Longstaff. We're after a Herrera replacement. Bruno Fernandes would be played much further forward.
-
Fair enough.
-
He's still only played a handful of games and then suffered a bad injury. There's a lot of risk involved for us. If Perez was sold for £30m then Ashley is going to accept £25m for Longstaff.

Giggs was manager for 4 games. Won 2, drew 1, lost 1.

Robben was incredible. There's some players that are just so good that they're basically unstoppable when they're on form. Robben always picked up the ball on the right and defenders knew he was going to cut in and curl the ball into the far corner and still couldn't stop it. Special talent. Also a cunt.

True but it would mean more if they were all from the UK. The Irish lads are still foreigners. Disco in three...two...one...

£16m rising to £30m maybe.

Man United paid £30m for Rio Ferdinand in 2002 when they had a revenue of around £175m. 17% of their total income. MUFC have to pay £90m for Harry Maguire in 2019, when their turnover is around £590m. 15% of their total income. The inflation in football is incredible, but it makes the fees more understandable.

Aye Zaha is class. It'll be £70m for him too. That 25% sell on fee... The problem is all premier league clubs are now rich and don't need to sell. If you want the player you have to pay the cash.
-
He'd be a great signing and an excellent pairing for Lindelof. £70m+ though.
-
14 months ago they were still playing in the Championship.
-
We're playing his new club in a testimonial game in August.
-
You are all idiots.
-
The reason for that is because Origi is at one of the biggest clubs in the world and currently the European champions. It's always the same. He'll fade like Macheda.
-
Gayle is better than Origi. I know he scored in the CL final and all but he's so shite.
-
He's absolute pish. Ndombele to Spurs is a great signing.

The wage is absolutely sickening and it's caused a lot of problems in the squad and shattered any sort of wage structure. Once Sanchez goes the top earner will be Pogba on £250k which is about right for elite performers at the bigger clubs. The fact there's a £140k gap between the #1 and #2 earners is wild. Not really a surprise. Woodward is so out of his depth it's untrue on the football side of things. Everything has been reactive as fuck for an age. Even from a performance side of things it was starting to become apparent Alexis was on the wane. If he'd had a summer off I'd have wagered he'd be a bit better next season but given he's at the Copa, again, it's less likely. Plus his own personal motivation doesn't seem to be there as much for whatever reason. I hate Woodward. The talk coming out of the club the last week or so is that Fergie has recommend us hiring Steve Walsh as head of recruitment (was head of recruitment at Leicester when they won the league). Woodward massively against the idea and wants to get a former player in instead. Apparently Woodward is deadly serious about Rio Ferdinand in a director of football role. I'd genuinely be sick.
-
Fred on £100k a week. Standard enough wage these days. I think he'll be an excellent player for us soon.

Change in transfer policy or is it that we just can't attract the top players anymore without paying stupid money like the Sanchez contract? He's on £391k a week. We're not going to make that mistake again no matter who the player is.

The fees Man Utd are being quoted It's a done deal. I believe £40m up front and £15m in add ons. I would prefer to keep Lukaku and still think he's our best option to lead the line. He seems to have lost another bit of weight and looks in great shape. Pogba can go. Outstanding footballer, terrible attitude. We'd be a much more cohesive side if he was to leave.
