  1. There was a period of 15 min or so where Barcelona were far better and I thought they were going to score. Whenever that was.
  2. Messi shite again. When he isn't on, Barca are absolute muck. They were the better team for the first 15 minutes or so and it looked inevitable that they would score but Liverpool were the better team and deserved it. Please Ajax/Spurs. PLEASE.
  3. Parking the bus suggests playing for a draw and not trying to win. That's not what I watched last night. Thought Leicester looked very dangerous on the break and had a couple of great opportunities that were squandered.

    The Title Race

Aside from Everton/Manchester United fans, I don't see why anyone would want City to win the league to be honest. I'm glad so many are against Liverpool though, but they're an infinitely better club than City.
  5. He saw the end coming, got out while he could. Master until the end. f*** that. He was the one who picked 'The Chosen One' Moyes to take over the reins. Brings a chuckle to.me until this day seeing 'The Chosen One' with a pic of Moyes banner being proudly unfurled and dispalyed during matches at Old Trafford in those days, simliar to the OGS ones right now seeing how badly they have both f***ed up the job there. God forbid fans get behind their manager.
  6. Voted 5. With a bit of investment Newcastle can become a solid Europa League team like United.
  7. Literally 90% of the articles on www.skysports.com are about how shit we are and how much work we need to do. This is nonsense. Hang on. It’s the tightest Premier League title race in years, there are two English clubs in the CL semis, two other clubs are probably about to contest the Europa League Final. None of these clubs are Manchester United, yet 90% of articles are about Man U. And this is your argument that they don’t love Man U in general and want them to do well? Well that's easy. For starters I meant 90% of the articles on Manchester United are negative, not 90% of Sky Sports articles in general. Should have cleared that up. Manchester United are also the biggest club in the world. SkySports is a business. They're obviously going to have a lot of articles about the worlds most supported club. Just common sense.
  8. Because he's extremely likeable and down to earth and literally the only fans I've ever seen to have a dislike towards him are Newcastle ones. Literally 90% of the articles on www.skysports.com are about how shit we are and how much work we need to do. This is nonsense.
  9. Yeap, you's need to find buyers for your dross along with losing Herrera and Mata (potentially). I can see us keeping Mata now. He won't want to leave. Herrera is gone though. Can see De Gea and Pogba going too. It'll be a big rebuild.
  10. Going to be an interesting transfer window.
  11. Herrera starts. We have a chance to win a game finally.
  12. The world cup win perhaps adds a bit of commercial value but transfer value? Na. People have won world cups and then transferred for bugger all in future seasons so I don't think that adds a huge (if any) value imho. I'd say he's been very poor overall value and would maintain that you overpaid for him. Turning up when he wants would give any buyer a major risk factor to build into the deal/price too. He's hardly Mr Consistent which is the minimum you should expect when your paying out that much money. We did get £30m for Sissoko after the Euros like. I don't really like Pogba that much as a player but I think he'd be very good for a team where's he's not necessarily the main man. He doesn't get on the ball enough to be a main man He's incredible when he has a player doing the hard work for him. It's no coincidence that since Herrera hasn't been in the team Pogba has went to shit. He needs a hard working CDM beside him. Totally agree, what are your thoughts on him playing in the hole behind the striker? He is/would be brilliant there. But we need more energy in midfield to allow that to happen. The main issue with Pogba is he comes deep to get the ball and plays a pass and then strolls towards the box. He needs to be busting his balls to get into the box. That's where his attitude let's him down. If you watch the City game from last year where we won 3-2 that's the Paul Pogba you want.
  13. He's more of a wing back or even a winger. Not great defensively. He'll be in and around the team though. Been impressed with him.
  14. We play Ashley Young at right back.

It adds a lot of transfer value whenever the player in question was one of the best if not the best player for the winning team.
  17. De Gea Wan-Bissaka Skriniar Lindelof Shaw Herrera Pogba McTominay Sancho Rashford Ziyech Romero Smalling Dalot Fred Lingard Martial Lukaku In my dreams.
  18. I forgot Sanchez because I don't even see him as a fucking Man United player. I'd swap Mata and Sanchez in my list. Sanchez out to fuck.
  19. Regardless of what you think of him, Pogba won the world cup, is in the EPL team of the year and will end up with about 20 goals and 15 assists. We in no way overpaid for Pogba and it would be £120m at the very least before a transfer was even considered.
  20. Realistically: OUT Young Mata Matic Jones IN Wan-Bissaka Skriniar Sancho Ziyech If Herrera was to leave I'd be looking at Rice.
  21. I would disagree with myself in December. We need a RW. Sancho please.
  22. Since a big part of our problem seems to be hard to manage players, I don't think Icardi is the answer. Lukaku is averaging a goal every 170 mins but more importantly works his arse off and keeps his mouth shut. I'd rather we kept Lukaku.
  23. And Pochettino... And Herrera is leaving now too so we're no longer OK in midfield!
