  1. They are but we will still be near the back of the queue. The players you’d imagine we are targeting are ECL/Top EPL players. So still fighting the biggest teams for them. All qualifying for ECL does is allow us to spend a little more on fees and wages but not massively.

  3. Haven’t been getting the invite emails but after they sent yesterday’s ticket update email they explained in it this is because I’ll of selected no Sales & marketing emails on my account which I think is a bit poor. Especially as they sent yesterdays email to me regardless. Wouldn’t class playing a part and giving opinions on future of the club in the same category as club shop offers ?
  4. Think so ?? Young tall wide player. Very promising. Hopefully not wasted over the coming years.
  5. I don’t think there’s a lot wrong with them TBH. Obviously FL not the man for the job but could see them doing well next season. Really like the look of 31 every time I see him.
  6. Anyone on here booked on to the Thames boats pre-match?
  7. They would fill the remainder of the coach. Also not all of them went to general sale.
  8. You on the correct website? There are two don’t forget.
  9. Away games. Put on a coach with guaranteed match tickets. Few years under Ashley and you’d be laughing depending on your markup.
  10. I always thought this thread was to be used for players you think we should go far and the other is actual reports on who we might be going for?

Just caught up with all the above talk regarding the Brighton goal. Incredibly harsh on them all ? Thought it was a brilliant pass by the midfielder and perfectly timed run. If there was any slight criticism you could maybe say once we’d caught up with the forward the defender and Pope could’ve held him up better rather than making his mind up for him perhaps.
  12. SEASON TICKETS – ID MUST ALIGN Supporters must ensure the name and identity registered to the relevant season ticket account corresponds with the person using it to enter St. James’ Park next season, when there will be heightened checks. Accordingly, changes to identity and contact details in online ticketing accounts will be permitted during a penalty-free period until the deadline of Wednesday 31 May.Changes to names of season ticket holders must be submitted via this form Supporters should also ensure their season ticket is only registered for concessionary categories to which they are eligible. This can also be done via this form Email addresses and email preferences can be updated by logging on to your account at book.nufc.co.uk After the penalty-free period comes to an end, if season tickets are used by unauthorised supporters, or the season ticket holder is found to be benefitting from concessionary categories that they are not eligible for, the season ticket will be subject to cancellation without refund and the holder may be unable to renew it. IMPROVING STADIUM ENTRY Updating personal details is just the first step in the introduction of the new digital ticketing platform for the 2023/24 season. The digital ticketing platform will ensure more efficient entry to St. James’ Park using smartphone ticketing at turnstiles and will improve sustainability by eliminating the use of paper and other resources for physical tickets. It will also introduce an approved method for season ticket holders to transfer their ticket for specific matches to nominated, eligible individuals when they are unable to attend themselves. Further information will be announced in due course. A SAFER ST. JAMES’ PARK The new digital ticketing platform will assist the club in ensuring St. James’ Park is a safe, welcoming and enjoyable place to watch football. It will ensure only those eligible to use season tickets are able to access the stadium, ensuring the potential for ticket touting and system abuse are minimised. How do I change the name on my season ticket? This can only be done by filling out this form only. Please do not contact the Box Office. What happens once I submit changes? Once you have completed the form, a member of the Supporter Services team will be in touch to discuss your case. Security checks will need to take place to ascertain the season ticket holder approves the change of detail. After the penalty-free period comes to an end, if season tickets are used by unauthorised supporters, or the season ticket holder is found to be benefitting from concessionary categories that they are not eligible for, the season ticket will be subject to cancellation without refund and the holder may be unable to renew it. Will my supporter number stay the same? This depends on the changes we are making to the account. A member of the team will discuss this with you. Will I be able to keep the loyalty points on my account? If you meet the relevant criteria to change the name of the season ticket holder, you will not lose your loyalty points, however, we will not duplicate loyalty points on to multiple accounts. Thank you for your support.
  13. No idea. Not been in since Brazil got knocked out of the WC.
  14. Not that I know of now. Could try The Star possibly.
  15. Like I said earlier I don’t have a world class bracket. Maybe a genius bracket though so similar. Just a difference of vocabulary. We probably both love him and love watching him play and agree he’s not in top tier ???

    I didn’t ask I’m afraid.
  17. I’d consider Modric great. He’s better than Bruno. Thats fine you describe him how you want. Just find it funny how defensive fans get of their own players particularly their favourites when described merely as very good ?
  18. I agree that’s why I think he’s very good instead of good or average or poor.
  19. Not at all. Just don’t bestow the term great on players freely. I’m sure some think he’s “world class” which is such a nonsense phrase ?
  20. Chill. Bruno is very good but not great. He’ll be here for the journey a while yet.
  21. They won’t. They already have younger better midfielders signed and will if anyone only add Bellingham in next 12 months.
  22. Didn’t help him looking poor against us mind. Murphy caused him problems.

Yep. According to my ITK. CP have offered him 5x his current £5kpw salary and his house is sold.

Do they know Jack Clarke is heading to Crystal Palace yet?
  25. No chance. Unless we screw them down to £70m and he accepts £150kpw. Neither will happen. Let’s find someone better who’s cheaper instead.
