  1. He is a machine and a total heed the ball - so much to admire
  2. He toasted Kolarov on a number of occasions and slung in some decent crosses - sometimes wish he would drive into the box and try a shot but seems to be a confidence player and that may come - yesterday must have given him a boost

    Steven Taylor

He would have dicked about and signed a pre-contract

I thought Taylor did well - he is strong and good in the air - he kept it basic yesterday and I was impressed - if you consider the opposition and his lack of match sharpness it was a really good performance - not sure what his critics are looking for him to do - I don't like his pointing and heroic stuff but I was never unduly worried that they were going to get past us after the first 10mins- good stuff
  5. quite agree - all he had to do was hoof it - its hardly a technical issue - first rule of goalkeeping 'don't ponce about'
  6. I was absolutely raging at how flukey they'd been after everything. They had the luck of the devil all day - nothing seemed to fall for us - they are nowhere near as good as chelsea (based on the 2 performances at sjp)
  7. Thank god we didn't get cuellar - abysmal
  8. Routledge was really good today and had that kolarov all over the place
  9. He was lucky today that he didn't have much to do after the first five minutes - less than convincing
  10. He looked at a different level today, unfortunately it was a level below the rest of the team - truly awful today summed up as he megged the full back and with loads ot time/space just found one of their players with the pass
  11. We 'controlled' the game and played the better football. Man City just sat back and kicked us on the field because we had gave them a 2-0 head start. Even their 3rd came from a huge deflection. Sadly, it'll go down as a 3-1 defeat and everyone will think Man City are a super force. What made me laugh is Foy held back booking them until he really had to. Yet, both of City's subs came on and were booked after their first foul... nothing bookings to justify himself. You could see they were trying their luck early doors to see what they could get away with and must have been delightd when they ,basically, had a free hand to do anything they wanted - Barton got a boat load aswell
  12. The treatment of Andy Carroll by first Kompany and the Lescott was a disgrace as well
  13. Sorry like but i thought we did well considering Krul gave them the game - Tevez was the difference between the teams and the ref was a joke. Thought only Gutierez and Krul were poor , for me, the rest of the lads did really well against possibly the most horrible bunch of twats I have seen this season. We deserved a draw.

Maybe it could add upto that much if we have a cracking season - like with clean sheet and win bonuses etc
  15. They don't even look interested when they score - despicable twats
  16. Can't help but think this might be a bad idea for Blackburn. for all the agricultural style of play it can be effective without the need for pricey players - if they want to play pretty they are going to have to sell lots of chickens
  17. Nah a leg breaking tackle is more acceptable if someone touches their knackers it only leads to a load of chelsea supporting bints feeling violated(??) and an FA charge
  18. Fat sams face when Holden scored - priceless

    Keegan on Ashley

If you're fishing for it... He decided to be part of the problem. Not forgotten, not forgiven. It's a shame. Nothing to forgive and no shame anywhere near KK

    Keegan on Ashley

I think it shows that people have different personalities and egos - Keegan has always had a massive ego and wears his heart on his sleeve, his management style reflected this, and he wouldn't accept any shit from anybody. Hughton seems more of a thinker and maybe all those years as a no.2 made him more accepting of being messed about, for what its worth i think, for all he was sacked, and as much as I love KK, CH has come out of this in a better light than KK did when he left second time

    Joey Barton

To Whom though, can't find a club I think will be willing to buy him tbh. Tottingham
  22. John Brownlie was told by Colin Calderwood on Saturday evening the Hughton didn't have long left and Pardew had more or less signed a contract. Would explain the completely spineless performance on sunday then

    Alan Pardew

Jamie o'Hara? or has he still got a knacked back

    Alan Pardew

I felt sorry for him - even if he has been in negotiation for weeks who in their right mind would say that or turn the job down? and being thrown to the lions like that was poor-its those snidey bastards upstairs that reek of sh*t. I wasn't gonna go saturday but f**k it
