They're a really good side with some really promising young players, 3rd in the league, and we completely nullified them. It was lush.

fully agree like, I think it's fully down to Rafa getting the best tactically out of what is a group of good but not great players who've just been thrown together. It's not going to be perfect but he knows how to get results. It can be tense to witness though.

Other than the obvious advantages of Gouffran upfront in a Benitez side he's also probably far more likely to be on the end of Atsu flashing balls across the 6-yard box than Mitro is. The more I think about it the less worried I am tbh.
