  1. I doubt Rafa will be here if he is like.
  2. I don't like Wraith but I cannot see how he comes across badly there? He forgot to put a CRB check in, was pulled up about it and did it after the fact, he was then grassed up to the FA which has cost him money and time. His mistake as he says. As long as he's not embarrassing the fanbase he can crack on.
  3. Refs making major calls on an inch wide screen would be an issue? Never seen a smart watch up close like.
  4. I think I read Yorkie's post wrong like, I'd literally just woke up Heron's saying that this place is being millitant in shouting down any dissenting voices - hence 'the pc brigate' which is obviously an over the top description - and i thought Yorkie'd missed the point and assumed he'd meant the flag itself.
  5. Think heron's onabout the 'fumers' stuff tbf, not saying the flag is politically correct.
  6. Yeah, you would assume that trials would have been made at a much lower level than the confeds first like, this is hardly going to be in the early stages. They can tweak things but I can't see how they can improve vastly on what they have, the tech needs to provide almost instant feedback for one - impossible when it relies on human interpretation.
  7. It wasn't just Liam and John though, it got to the point where people were trying to organise things every other week. It's the natural course with how easy things are to spread with social media. I'm not against this flag in any way fwiw, I think it's canny nice
  8. I can guarantee it'll happen like, about 3 or 4 flags in and the forum will turn.
  9. That is a pathetic statement. A pathetically true statement? You can add m ore to a conversation than trying to be a clever cunt you know neesy.
  10. This forum is notorious for absolutely hating minute's applause for deed kids, there's no chance that in 2 years time the general consensus won't be "fuck off with the fucking flags" I've got no issue with this flag, but I think a trend will be started where it's just raising money for flags for absolutely everything (not necessarily on the back of this, it's just the way things seem to go).
  11. This is going to get like the minutes applause every other other minute thing like Fully get why people would be 'against' it (discounting the actual knackers).
  12. No morning is complete without a fixtures breakfast and a Gimp transfer bath.
  13. Think of it like how a flat earther would laugh at the opinion of the world being round.
  14. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/european/luka-modric-real-madrid-zdravko-mamic-trial-court-case-a7790026.html That same day, just hours later, there would be a crowd of Hajduk Split fans chanting “Luka Modric, you little sh*t” as they walked to a club members’ event.
  15. Is he not being played on by their left back (out of view)? There's only 3 defenders there. The LB is the one right in front of him (whoever it is playing the ball) aye I've just watched it. So yeah, just an embarrassment all round then. Ref makes the wrong call then the VAR misses an actual offside.

  17. Goal line is fair enough, retrospective action against violence and cheating too - it's daft that the opponents on the day don't feel the effects of any ban. Other than that I'd leave it until it's fast enough to not disrupt every other game.
  18. eh Imagine it's a WC final and the linesman calls that offside. Ref can do nowt. They got the correct decision. With experience it'll get quicker Literally cannot see the problem like We'd hopefully not have a joke of a referee in the WC final though. All referee's are going to make bad decisions, it's natural since they are human. In all honesty that was a better example of VAR, it was a horrible decision. Still we've just seen it used twice in one game after never been used (before this month) in over 100 years. It's just not needed imo, this 'should we celebrate or not' craic will be awful.

  20. The original call was laughably bad like.
