Newcastle United transfer rumours in the press
Hanshithispantz replied to Kaizero's topic in Football
I read the posts wrong tbh, I agree we don't necessarily need a player to protect the back 4 like, more someone who is going to win the ball in midfield and prevent us from being bullied. Mooy isn't really that (not that you said he is). Essentially a better (or more experienced) Isaac Hayden. -

I disagree like, with Shelvey and a proper attacking midfielder I think we definitely need someone who can do the dog work in the middle. To create chances we need the ball. EDIT: Obviously they should be able to play football too like, buying a Tiote type is utterly pointless as we've seen. -
You're taking this thing way too serious like, Astra

I was surprised by Mooy last season like, he looks excellent on the ball and in theory should easily move up to the Premiership. He's better defensively than Shelvey is but I'm not sure the 2 of them in midfield would work, both want to be on the ball all the time and dictate play. -
He showed what he could do here tbf He was absolutely class, I still don't understand what the fuck Alan Pardew was thinking, even by his standards it made no sense.

I don't understand why people would argue over signings when it's Rafa making them like, as if they know better There'll be a few duds like last year, but fuck knows who. Clark was absolutely slaughtered and ended up being the best defender in the league

I'd say gambling sites are more than marginally better like, Wonga's only purpose was to lend people money who clearly cannot afford to be getting into debt. That was literally their only use. Gambling sites can cause horrific damage but they also provide an actual service to the masses that's enjoyable. Fun88's a can of lager where as Wonga's a rock of smack.

Get your points typed up and faxed into Rafa.

I just want us to sign one of these ridiculous African midfield destroyer types with 3 lungs. The rest is secondary. -
Old men with Alzheimer's do tend to be confused like.
-
Yeah I think that's the issue, it looks pretty natural on the West Ham kit.
-
Honestly think the Wonga logo looks 10 times better tbh Obviously it was more than just the appearance with Wonga like.

Argentina international has apologised after he made a slant-eyed pose in promotional pictures for his Chinese football club. that's so poorly thought through.
-
I think that looks tacky as fuck tbh, most sponsors do, but those ironed on 'modern' ones are especially tragic. It's actually impressive how consistently shite Puma have been. EDIT: The kit itself is actually canny tbh, that sponsor massively lets it down.

Warra chat up line.

Assumed you were on-about January as that was Bruce's first window with them - before that they were obviously a mess, still though in the summer the Championship players they signed were McCormack, Tshibola & Kodjia. McCormack was a dreadful signing but Kodjia looks great and Tshibola was only 21 last season. In January they signed Hourihane, Hogan, Bree and Lansbury which is a good coup for any Championship side - Hourihane especially is one of the best midfielders in the league. They took a little time to click after the window but Villa were clearly a lot better towards the end of the season than they were in the first, barring the slight honeymoon period they went through when Bruce first arrived.

They vastly improved after signing those bang average players like.
-
that is fucking disgusting.

The league falls apart when we're not in it.
-
What's the craic with their finances, are they really that skint?

Liverpool and Arsenal

Pretty much nailed on that he's involved in the plotting of a large scale terror attack like.
-
Rooney would obviously walk into our side but he's really not what we need like.

I'm pretty certain we'll not be disappointed like. I doubt we'd have much interest in Barkley anyway, but I think we can be pretty confident in bringing in 5-6 really strong players and probably a decent raid on Spain. We've bought players like Cabaye, Ben Arfa, Debuchy, Ba, Cisse & Sissoko (went for £30m) despite being managed by arseholes. And even though they never turned out too well players like Thauvin, Cabella, Yanga-Mbiwa, Anita & De Jong were all pretty exciting. I don't think players really care about Ashley.
