I'm from annfield plain and can confirm this.

I love how they just pick a random low attendance figure for us, then look for an attendance figure of theirs which is higher from some point in time and then kind of say, "there look, we're better than them". They never dare look at it over a long period of time or over a season, it's literally 1 random game we had back in the 80s when attendances were down everywhere and use it against us.

So even if this was true, I take it its OK to support sunderland if youre from outside of sunderland but not OK to support Newcastle if you're not from Newcastle? They love tying themselves in knots.

Haven't read rtg since Sunday but it's great reading the highlights on here. Very sad to hear Cramlington has fallen to the mags and that they've totally lost the plot since Sundays win at spurs.

I've read some shite on there but this 1 is up there with the best. They've doing well tbf but I wonder if any of the mags have the intelligence to recognise the foundations that were laid by Ashley. Most of the decent players were signed under him and they were an easy club to take over because of the financial stability they had under him. The club certainly weren't dead or "on life support" because of him as they'd all have us believing.

Some have conceded that we're probably going to just get better and better as time goes on. This mindset obviously makes others on there fuming and those people have to try and convince others that it's still all bad for "the terrorists."
