After doing more than anyone to demean the FA Cup, ManYoo are now demeaning the league title. How many games will it take for two blatant dives to be given as penalties in a 0-0 situation against ManYoo, one with a sending off? 50-50 handball shouts against them when they are 3-0 up don't even anything out.

As an experiment, giving the fourth CL place to the FA Cup winner would be interesting. They should ensure its only for one season at first to see how teams react. A big obstacle in recreating a sense of occasion for the FA Cup is the fact that there are three or four live games on tv every week. The FA Cup final used to be pretty much the only game on live all year.

He's been good whenever he's not been injured. He was f***ing hopeless at SJP, albeit playing at right back. He's mediocre at best at defending. He gave away numerous fouls the CL final when they were on the back foot and could have walked. Magic going forward though.

Haven't read the thread yet but I really don't understand how anyone has a problem with it. Even in the studio Danny Murphy was saying it wasn't a goal for him, how thick do you have to be to fail to understand it? "I like the old rules better" is clutching at straws punditry. Our first goal was described as a failure to stop a cross and a failure to mark properly. The inch perfect cross that took out the defender wasn't worthy of any credit from Sky.
