Nice headed goal today, and heavily involved in the other goal. Some silky runs with the ball, darting past opposition players. He’s the type of player I love to watch personally. Hope he stays injury free this season

I thought he did well defensively for the most part. Mitoma got past him and crossed for their goal. Otherwise he put in some good blocks and tackles. I cant recall him doing much on the ball though

He did his job here, as expected. Great for all parties if he moves on now though. He’s 3rd choice at best. Good luck to him!

He was an abomination of a manager, and a huge part of the decline in our stature in the period he managed us. He went on awful runs and the quality of football was very poor, espescially considering the talent at his disposal. There was a massive campaign to get him sacked. Remember sackpardew.com? He would never have left either, were it not for Crystal Palace bailing him out in late 2014. Also remember, he had a ridiculous excuse for everything. Not sure, but I think he even blamed the fans for celebrating too much after we conceded a late goal? Also, Science, Notting Hill Carnival, and thank god were not in Europe. The list goes on and on. Fuck him and everyone who now call him a decent manager or that he was hard done by. Get fucked, fuckers

This is such a Football Manager signing. Signing young promising players on a moderate fee and hope they develop into a real player, or sell them on down the line if don't. I suspect we will see more of this type of signings

Will be interesting to see if he ends up here or elsewhere in the summer. He would add some much needed creativity and goals to our side. That Leicester side is a complete shambles, and I feel confident Eddie would have him motivated and firing if he comes here.

Some world class disaster scenarios being laid out on this forum lately. I think it must be PTSD from previous years gone by, because the evidence points in another direction. We don't really need to even look at what other teams can do. It's very much in our own hands. We'll give everyone a good game right now. Arsenal won't be looking forward to Sunday. I can see us batter Leeds next week. Then we have Brighton at home which will be a tough game admittedly, but see Arsenal. It can be done and dusted after Brighton no matter what Liverpool and Brighton do in other games, and after that we have Leicester who has had a poor season and then Chelsea in free fall. I'm relishing our games now. We are brilliant most of the time, and we have proven several times lately that even if we concede first, we overwhelm teams and batter them into submission. Look what happened in the last three games, so really there is no reason to be nervous. Now, if it comes down to the final game vs Chelsea it will be a different story, but I'm confident we secure top 4 before that.

You can see that he is desperate to impress, and I think that hurts his decision making. I think we can see the potential is there, and he will come good. Next season he will have had some time to gel and a full preseason, and he will have much improved performances. He is just 22 as well!
