  1. It's gone beyond the point of no return but the bloke is merely drifting along in the role trotting out the usuals about "trying to find answers" and "working hard". I think the players are actually playing for him but they're all so woefully coached and out of form that they're just going through the motions. There's a two week break after Saturday against Swansea. If it doesn't happen this week it has to happen after Swansea. We'll be in a situation where it'll be difficult to recover if we don't sort this out soon. New manager plus a few signings in Jan, small price to pay against relegation.
  2. This, I've completely taken a step back from it while this regime is in charge. It's just an entity I keep an eye on to see what happens. I don't desperately look up results anymore or get excited about upcoming fixtures. The club exists to exist, it's completely pointless.
  3. He's hardly turned the corner ffs It's desperate still but let's be honest it's going to have to get REALLY desperate for Ashley to even think about getting rid of him, like 5-6 losses in row ffs. You get the impression that even another 3 straight losses in the league this bloke will still be here.
  4. The win will clearly be a confidence booster for the players and atleast Rivière finally got on the score sheet. This was against the Palace reserves though ffs and we still can't keep a clean sheet. If we get turned over by the likes of Stoke and Swansea away and predictably go out against Man City away in this comp it can hardly be considered a resurgence can it.
  5. Exactly, you can't polish a turd. The sack Pardew campaign isn't in vain, it's highlighted glaring facts which bemusingly many around the country have never picked up on. Are we, is he suddenly going to turn things around? Look at the squad and his limitations and the upcoming fixtures, he's still fucked IMO.
  6. Despite that comeback we're still fucked, we've got Stoke and Swansea away, I can't see us getting much from those. Where will we be left after those? That would leave a must win against Leicester as we have Pool home and Spurs away after. It looks like it really will take another 4-5 losses before this blurt is finally removed, Ashley determined not to act (or pay up).
  7. He's seemingly determined to wait this out for the payoff whatever the cost to him emotionally. I could genuinely see him getting all the abuse today, losing and still rolling out lines about plugging on. It's going to need Ashley to fire him because he clearly has no self respect to hold his hands up and walk away.
  8. Cundy definitely blames a Geordie for f***ing his wife or something, far too much bitterness and hatred towards us. Has always despised our fans and openly insulted them each and every show he has done since the 'Your on Sky Sports' days, thankfully hes on late at night where most dont have to hear his trolling. Goldstein even said to him last night "you've never liked Newcastle fans". He's definitely got a chip on his shoulder about us. What's amusing was his summing up of what makes a big club when if you think about it Chelsea have only become "big" on his terms because of the money of a rich Russian in recent years. He rolled about the usuals about Ashley being an astute businessman who has spent well and fans expecting too much blah, blah. If he actually read the facts he might stop bleat I so much rubbish. Absurd tanned, Chelsea idiot. He just shouts the usual bullshit cliches every time, has no interest in bothering to see anything above his distain for the fans. I've got a few Chelsea mates who are sound to be fair, they think exactly the same about the whole Ashley/Pardew thing

  10. Definitely hanging on for a payout for him and his coaches. It looked like he'd pretty much given up at Southampton. I heard that cretin Jason Cundy in talk sport last night dear oh dear. The stuff he was rolling out about the fans and Ashley. I know it's just to get fans to call in but Christ almighty.
  11. Yeah I heard this on the radio, usual rubbish you hear
  12. I'm starting to think it's going to take a bad run of biblical proportions to remove this fucker given this apparent standoff between Ashley and Pardew, like another 4-5 losses in a row such is the lunacy of the situation.
  13. He's going to get some serious abuse every time he comes out of the dug out just like Cardiff but then so will Carver The fact Ashley will be there is even better
  14. "The club’s owner has told Pardew he doesn’t want to judge his four year spell at St James’ Park in the opening four games of the season in the Barclays Premier League." Ok, fine then. Don't. Base it on 2014. This could become farcical, well it is already. Keep losing games and that moron sticks with Pardew......
  15. Safe for the time bing if you read anything into this......... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2756849/Mike-Ashley-backs-Newcastle-boss-Alan-Pardew-owner-holds-crunch-talks.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490
  16. What did Lowes say? TS going to be interesting tonight
  17. Can you imagine the cheers if the chap were to land one on Pardew... If he's still there on sat and we're losing........I can see someone running onto the pitch and throwing a season ticket at him at the very least
  18. He's woeful and the fact he's still at the centre of defence symbolises the failure at this club
  19. God forbid we actually win this, can you imagine the quotes he's going to come out with Doesn't even bare thinking about.
  20. There it is. "The league are going to give us even more money so it's going to be more difficult to buy players" "Good product on the market" ffs. This is certainly a new one. We're going to have even more cash available but still won't put our hands in our pockets.
  21. Hopefully this doesn't translate as our next manager being John Carver or Peter Beardsley. They're so utterly clueless and terrified of appointing anyone "from outside" that it wouldn't surprise me.
  22. It's hilarious it's so petty. Luke Edwards isn't going to make something like this up, or certainly the underlying info will be along the right lines. Either way it's funny to see how easily people get under their skin. Constantly scouring the papers for anything derogatory. Absolute morons.
  23. If someone comes along with the right offer he'll sell, it doesn't matter what statement is released by the club. The first thing to remember is to disregard almost everything this "dictatorship" releases info wise. If and when the sale happens it'll happen almost as quickly as when Ashley bought it. As in, you won't hear anything in the lead up.
