For what Elanga costs there are surely better options available in the summer for the same or less money

I think if we get champions league then we can sign really high calibire RW players and they’ll want to come too. Mbuemo would be an awesome signing in the summer.

I think if they come in with an offer close to our valuation we might well sell. We’ve got Schar, Burn, Botman and Krafth who can come in. Lascelles isn’t far away and Targett can play left back.

I did hear he’s on a fairly sizeable wage whatever that is given the transfer was free.

Can’t see it happening but Lascelles is back soonish, we have Botman, Burn, Krafth and Target can step in at LB. He is expendable (wouldn’t be that surprised if he went in the summer but wages might now be an issue).

I wonder if they might try and upgrade their wings and buy a striker at a lower rate e.g Gyokores or Watkins/Vlahovic while having a bit of a clear out. An Isak purchase basically ruins them PSR wise and means that’s probably all they can improve position wise.

I think in essence Isak would like to stay and won’t go all out to push for a move. However the obvious factors involved would probably end up driving a move if we don’t get champions league. I agree he’s the hardest to replace but then players like him don’t come along that often. Money talks in football eventually though.

If we don’t get champions league I think it’s pretty likely that he’ll go (champions league, tilt at league title, massive wage increase) and we’ll completely revamp the side with the money moving forwards. If we get champions league no way he goes.

Wolves are one place above the drop, level on points with Ipswich. No game day is a given whatsoever but if we’re aiming to qualify for the champions league we have to be winning this.

I commented on a thread online that their attendance was embarrassing but a mackem fired back at me “you must be embarrassed by the 15k in 09/10 v Plymouth”. I looked at it as couldn’t remember it but anyone know what the attendance was so low that day? Protest, apathy from relegation?
