We’ll be able to field a strong enough team against Bromley to win but have players well rested enough for Wolves on the Wednesday. I think the main worry is managing players load this Tuesday and avoiding injuries. If we can stay in the tie and take it back to st James level or 1-0 down I think we’ll turn them over at home. Tough match tho.

I agree I don’t think he’s the type of player who would really push for a move and seems to have an affinity for the club and fans. That said he’s 25, he could potentially add 100k to his wages per week and anyone is naive to think a player isn’t tempted by joining a club for a tilt at a league title never mind champions league. *the caveat being if we get champions league there’s no way moves

They’re a Keegan esque side but maybe even more wreckless. Create a barrel load of chances but leave themselves wide open.

Schar is a big miss but I wouldn’t say one starting CB missing is makeshift surely?

If you’re got a makeshift keeper and back line then facing Gordon, Isak and an inform Murphy is less than ideal but let’s see.

Hes looked like Rhodri levels recently, superb player. Perfect combination of passing ability, power and pace.

The midfield power and control with Tonali together with Isak’s form are the two things which really give me confidence.

What are the PSR restrictions for teams in the other main leagues in Europe? Secondly I haven’t read fully the tweets about qualifying for Europe but am Right in understanding that qualifying for Europe actually makes a PSR situation worse?

If we get Europe for next season I think he’ll stay as he’ll get game time but if we don’t I think he’ll probably look to leave anyway because he won’t get the game time. I like him as a player but he’s not going to sit on the bench forever.

Arsenal will be more than sniffing around in the summer. If we get champions league he’s going nowhere, Europa league may still stay. If he decided he wanted to leave then whoever signs him is going to have to pay through the nose to get him. Arsenal paid 100m for Rice ffs.

It’s pretty standard he’s going to say it though isn’t it. I mean he’s ex Arsenal, they clearly need a striker and he’s probably the best striker in the league currently. It doesn’t mean it’s going to happen and absolutely no chance this window either.
