Obviosuly depends who becomes available this month but what do you think their preference is position wise? I guess both R CB and RW need upgrading eventually.

They don’t hate the manager I don’t think? Questions are starting to be asked for sure though.

Yeah I can’t see him staying, we’ll have Schar, Krafth who can play as back up and we’ll be signing a new starting CB. He’ll want game time.

I think he’s done really well recently, can’t see him leaving this Jan unless we’ve got someone coming in to replace him?

They’ll always create chances with the players they have but teams just walk through their midfield and the defence is flaky at best, plus they play that mad high line. Isak, Gordon and even Murphy should have a field day against their defence with Bruno playing balls through. Schar out is less that ideal but we should be able to cope with Tonali providing that extra cover now. I’d be happy with a draw but we can definitely win there.

Krath, Schar will stay, Gillespie will probably stay for training purposes, who knows about Ruddy. I think Dubravka and Lascelles will go.

Murphy has done well recently but we still need some genuine quality at RW, someone who can open a game up (and maybe also play up front). A new RW would also add depth. A new RCB is needed but I think that’ll happen in the summer with a Wilson replacement (assuming Isak stays too). RW would make the most difference right now.

He’s been quite important recently but with Krath coming back if we can move him on and that helps recruit in more urgent areas this month then fine 👍

At least the defence is now getting proper protection from Tonali but I agree the Schar replacement/back up can’t come soon enough. Someone like the Lens lad looks ideal if we could get him. Seems more likely we’ll aim to get a RW in Jan but who knows.

Playing well holding the ball up and finishing headers but his 1 v 1s have gone to shit recently. Hopefully rectifies that in the coming games.

It does also show a weakness in our squad at right CB currently with Kraft out too currently.

Spurs are dangerous going forward but absolutely all over the shop at the back and paper thin resistance in midfield. I feel pretty confident.

Id imagine Jones will work with him to get him back on track in these situations

We just need a measured, sensible second half to see it home, nothing daft. We’ll get more chances.

It’s a really poor side but they always raise their game against us and we have an awful awful record there. A calm, assured performance and I think we’ll win, we should do but we’ve fluffed our lines many times before.

Spurs are shite, we should absolutely look to go there and put them to the sword
