What gets my goat is there’s just this assumption by a lot of their fans and some in the media that he’ll go there in part because he “looks like Thierry Henry when he plays” ffs 😂 A lot of things have to happen for him to end up there and it could include sums of money which they couldn’t afford anyway with PSR.

Yeah this is the ideal team really -
Arsenal fans applauded him off our bus apparently the presumptuous wankers

I agree -
Hopefully nowt serious, a week or 10 days of rest

Sports bar is fucking funny tonight 😂😂

Agreed and which is why I think RW will be the number 1 target
-
Football fans are very reactionary I guess, make swift statements.
-
Yeah I think it’s far too early to write him off. He had a bad game against West Ham but has been ok before that. Hes certainly not shite and people are too quick to write players off in general. That said he’s firmly a back up player.
-
I’m still interested to see if Mitchel can pull something of this Jan after the farce of the summer. I think it would be great if the squad had a boost to help us push on.
-
With Schar likely to get another year it makes sense in some ways to get a younger, cheaper prospect and gradually bed him in leaving more money for a RW and backup striker (not sure how much the Lens lad would cost).
-
Connor Bradley is a proper right back who can defend and go forwards. Makes sense for him to move on, they’ve just ballsed up not getting a transfer fee
-
TAA had an absolute shocker, he is woeful 1 v 1
-
I know what you mean but I think Mbuemo creates more than Murphy and carries a far greater goal threat. That in itself would spread the whole play. How we manage without Bruno is a separate discussion I think (I’m not sure what the answer would be right now and moving forwards)
-
There’s absolutely no chance we sign Mbuemo in Jan unless there’s a release cause. Otherwise it would understandably take a ridiculous Bid to get him, basically too much. He’ll to go someone in the summer tho

Dibling does feel like there’s something in it as with Trafford

Agreed it’s a very difficult match to manage and avoid injuries and getting overrun. We’re going to have to use the squad and hopefully stay in touch. Theyre more of a grinding it out type team currently though so we’ve got a good chance over two legs. The worry obviously is we leave ourselves with too much to do 2nd leg.
-
I think he’ll probably be ok to start on Tuesday as long as the cramp was only minor at the end and there’s no lasting effects. On a side note you can already see what be brings to the side in terms of passing, ball retention and initiating attacks. That’s on top of what Tonali already brings.
-
I can understand him being really frustrated at the goal but it’s not a disgrace warranting that outburst. Then going on that they were amazing and deserved to win ffs, just made himself look like a mug 😂
-
Ange is clearly losing it, he was out of order with both Matterface on talksport and the bbc pundit after the match. Maybe he needs to focus on working on actual defending and not kamikaze football. He’ll get sacked eventually because he’s so stubborn.

😂 so true
