Ashley doesn't know what a decent standard is.....that's why your mate is in the job in the first place. Exactly, and that's why Kinnear is pretty much 99 percent our next manager. Easy option and cheap.
-
Yeah but the gap between Tiote/Anita and the CB pairing was criminal at times on Monday, Barkley had all the space he wanted between the two, it was so easy for Everton, ended up 2 on 2 time and time again, no protection from the midfield, well certainly not enough anyways.
-
If Ashley had someone lined up of any decent standard, Pardew would be gone by now imo, the fact he's still here tells me he's just a sitting duck for Kinnear and Pardew probably knows it himself.

Kindly quote which posters want JFK in charge. He is obviously saying people want Pardew to go not that they want JFK. Sadly the likelihood is that he will take over as he goes on to say in the next sentence. Tbf, i thought he was having one of his usual pops at what he sees as the Downer Crowd. We're all terrified of the idea of JFK in charge of anything! I think i can say that if i had a choice between Pardew and JFK, i'd probably stick with Pardew. I don't think Pardew is a complete idiot or utterly clueless. The idea is preposterous. Of course he knows about football, possibly more than all of us put together. It's what he's done professionally for quite a while now. He has however got himself and us into a rut that he can't seem to get us all out of. And it's happened to him before. He doesn't appear to have the ability or the character to turn it around in time. I'm sure there's a lot of other bang average managers who would be in the same boat if they were here. The situation is not in any helped by our ideaology of buying players based on whether or not they're a bargain and not whether we need them for the team. i think that's definitely been a hindrance to him and will be to the next guy if we keep with the same stupid policy. Well i wasn't haven't a go at anyone actually, simply pointing out those who want Pardew out asap are basically lining up up JFK to take over. To think otherwise is a bit silly, he'll be odds on immiediatley soon as Pardew goes. I agree with all of above above, i simply want to keep Pardew in fear of JFK taking over, it's not a gamble i want to be taking, although with the fixtures coming up and if more bad results arrive, we'll probably have no option but to take the gamble and pray.

I have never been that convinced by Santon and can see us cashing in on him in January if Milan still want him. I'm the opposite, i rate him highly and think he will only get better, his positional sense is amongst the worst i've seen though, he hasn't been as good going forward this season as he has been in the past but i think that's because he hasn't had a chance to build a partnership up down the left and is often isolated.
-
Be harsh on Santon to be dropped, i know he was murdered on Monday but that's his first poor game of the season imo whilst Debuchy has been turd in the majority.

JFK's patter is no better, probably worse.

Won't be long at this rate before people get their wish of Pardew sacked and JFK put in charge. There's no scouting needed on a new manager when ours is already at the club waiting for his chance, got to be fairly deluded to think we'll upgrade once Pardew goes. We are fucked under this regime like, which is a shame considering the talent they've brought to the club but won't pay someone good money to manage them.
-
I think we'll win at Cardiff too. I think he won't be scared of them and will select a side to play to our strengths with the right players in their best positions. I just wish he'd do this every game though. Ok we may get beat but at least get beat having a go. Very much agreed.
-
I've said on here, we'll get beat off City, Villa, Everton, I think we'll win on Saturday so I'm now spinning things? It's just an opinion. Awful first half, much better second. Last night was a disaster, haven't said otherwise but still feel we have the ability within our side to do well and I'm in the thought of we can beat Cardiff.

I don't want anyone to post any Pardew superlatives, he cost us the game with a shit team selection , formation and game tactics! Simple as that. Game looked over at half time and question of how many Everton or Lakaku would score. We came out and showed ourselves in much better light, which in a way angered me more because we could have done that from the offset. Obviously case to be made Everton took foot off the gas but we give them a big warning with Gouff's effort that we weren't done just yet, then Cabaye scored a glorious goal (not a fluke) and we then tried to push on from that. It wasn't to be another great comeback but we give it a go at least, I bet few expected that after the first half.
-
gimp clarified what he meant in the next f***ing post Everton took their foot off the gas, our passing was still all over the place. we got two flukey goals. Good spin tho brett. Cabaye's goal was a fluke? yep I won't be replying to you no longer. Clueless! It was a good hit, great strike but it was exactly great team work that created it. So because no team work is involved a goal is flukey? I'm still baffled by this observation tbh.
-
I'm out, when someone describes that we scored two flukey goals and the forum agrees, there's simply no point in carrying on this discussion. Doesn't matter if it was a wonder goal or long ball for a knock down and finish, they weren't flukey! However seems like Pardew's existence is taking the shine off two good goals, nevermind!
-
So you disagree with gimp that it's a fluke then agree with every other single football fan with an ounce of intelligence that is was a great goal out if the blue which dragged us back in to the game. As long as disagree with Gimp's fluke analysis I'm cool with that. you're putting words in my mouth. I think that Gimp was saying exactly that. That the goal itself was fluke in terms of it coming from absolutely nothing. I could ebe wrong like. Holla at me gimp. Ok I take back what I said with you, the goal wasn't a fluke in any aspect! It was simply a great goal. We had been implying pressure and then Cabaye turns and lashes it into the top corner, no fluke in a million years! Can't believe that goal has the words fluke anywhere near it tbh, doesn't deserve it!

Just leave it Inochi, when someone analyses a goal as a fluke because no team work was involved in creating it, you simply just ignore any post he contributes on the football forum, as he has not a fucking clue on football regardless if it's about a player, a team or manager!

That's a load of bullock about Coloccini. It would be, wouldn't it? It means we can't apportion as much blame to Pardew. Great post by Ronaldo, exactly right. Colo seems to becoming a bigger and bigger problem and he's our captain! He's the one leading our team yet he's the one making the crucial mistakes, and yanga isn't fault free but he's made to look even worse alongside Colo.
-
He fell in the trap of thinking Baines was a huge threat, to be fair, he was contained to an extent but that's not entirely hard, it's fucking Leighton Baines!! A left back that plays for Everton and he picked a side to 'contain' him! Awful decision! He did prove a lot of ppl wrong tonight that he can't drop big names however, he just chose the wrong time to prove this. Feel like this could be the end of the yang-colo partnership (for now) but Williamson deserves his chance to stay in the side as he played a big part in that second half comeback regardless of how much stick he gets. Pardew has a big week ahead of him on the training ground and changes need to be made, but he's admitted that himself already. Tails will be up after that second half performance, we did ourselves proud in that second half and I actually can see us now beating Cardiff and I never fancy us away!
-
First time i've seen that, brilliant I don't understand the whole note thing. It's just personal preference end of the day though, no right way or wrong way to it.

Every game seems to be a must win or a result needed with you Have you seen our fixture list coming up? I have, and it's tough. It’s just that you come out and say this nearly everytime we play. You were saying this sort of stuff in pre-season friendlies so don't look to the fixture list to bail you out on this occasion.

This photo is really making me tempt me in to thinking i wish this ball just smashed off Tony Hibbert's face instead! Can’t stand the kernt.

Try telling my fantasy football team that.

With Ben Arfa in your side you've always got a chance of sneaking a result. Yeah, like Hull last week. Yeah, fuck off.
