Newcastle United vs Norwich City - Sunday 23/09/12 @ 3pm

f***ing hell, what a shambolic post this is. Actually infuriates me when i get reminded we still have fans like this clown making such rash judgements on a player who clearly has a lot of ability in his locker but came here and has struggled with a bad injury and his biggest task to date was to defend and control Leighton Baines which in fairness he did a pretty terrible job at but he was so out of his comfort zone he shouldn't have been given that task in the first place. He has slowly been making strides towards the first time and i think it's a matter of time before he starts getting a lot of minutes under his belt particularly at home when given an advanced role alongside Ben Arfa which will make a very potent attacking force and a pleasure to watch. -
Well Elliot proved me wrong, few occassions i've seen him he has struggled. Thought he a good game last night and was happy to see him put his previous performances behind him. Saying all this i'd still play Harper against Norwich.

This lad is a class act in the making. I would have no worries playing him reguarly in the first team now if tiote/anita were injured. Love his style of play and his attitude seems top draw. -

Snap their hands off right now with that result. Be more than happy to come back with a point. Good start. -

You would be sacrificing more than a few. Same lineup 2/3 games in the space of a week. Not only would we become very predictable, we will also be fucking knackered. -

Pardew's in a difficult situation, he's got no chance of keeping everyone happy. Fans will always moan about team selections or substitutions. Players will voice concern over lack of game time or in need of a rest. I think Pardew will do a good job this season of rotating where he see's fit and fielding a team he is confident can come away with the right result. If things don't go to plan i'm sure he will be the first to hold his hands up and change things around. -

With you on this one. They have no choice but to step up to the plate, we really do need them this season. It's probably last chance saloon for the likes of Vuckic, Fergie and Gosling with their recent season problems due to injuries and so forth. Don't think Newcastle are a club now just to keep players in the reserves for the sake of things, they will more than happy move them on and have them replaced. -
Rivaldo lost all my respect when he got the turkish lad sent off in the World Cup, kernt. Steve Harper would have walked up to the ref and explained it was all an accident had he been in a similar situation.
-
Aye he looked superb.

Not sure what to think, think it's maybe best if i just don't think. Just get on with it, pretty much just ignore all this drivel coming from all their mouths. If he leaves he leaves, if he stays he stays. As long as he gives it all on the pitch which i've never faulted him for then it's fine by me.
-
Fair play then Think i'd be having a regular heart attack placing these kind of bets frequently.

Are you a professional gambler or just have money to burn?

Minimum would be 2620 based on our stadium capacity being 52404. Birmingham upped their allocation to higher total to cater for their fans in order for Brugge to then up there allocation from 1470. Newcastle apparently tried to do a similar thing and negotiate but failed to come to an agreement. If we handled the negotiations anything like our transfer negotiations no wonder it fell through. Ashley's terms or no terms.

The fans who've gone there probably will be. Why? Pardew has made it clear that he plans to use squad players for Europe especially with 3 games in 7 days. I'm sure the fans who booked knew they couldn't expect to see a full strength team. There's a difference between not full strength and just playing the reserves though. Well not sure what you were expecting 3 days after a difficult away trip at Everton and a home game coming up on the Sunday. I certainly never expected to see the big guns on show. Happy for the squad players to be giving game time to improve and push for starting roles. -

This for me as well. Milan cost me 260 like, useless kernts! Actually streamed the last 5 minutes and it was all anderlecht

Joe Hart man hahahaha the lad's devastated and absolutley furious!!
-
Really like the look of Varane when he's played, think he could become a top player. Got all the attributes required.
-
Looks like he's in for a long night ahead. Getting no help with marcelo and ronaldo. Simpson could take those two by himself.

Like most games at Goodison i think this will be a very tough. My head is saying Everton will run out comfortable enough winners 1-0, 2-0, Pardew comes out and says we had key players missing but we give it a go. I do think our key man tonight may be Cisse however, i fancy us to create a couple of chances to him and if he can provide the clinical finishing this may see us grab a vital point if not all 3, but that's more just my heart typing than actual reality, we shall see.

unless we score 2nd and 3rd. aye this.

If we don't score first we are fucked.
