Pretty much what i'm thinking. He's not as bad as people are making out already. Think he'll look a lot better if he got a run in the side with Remy for his partner, think them two could link up well. Saying this though, building a strike partnership of loans who odds of signing are slim seems utterly pointless for the rest of the season Let's just stick with Cisse

The last time Pardew meant it we had the Carroll sale. Southampton can say that mind but we all know Shaw will go and no doubt anyone else if the fee is good enough just like us(minus the pointless Pardew guff obviously) Aye, there's no way Southampton are big enough to do a Liverpool/Suarez situation on a handful of their players. It's a case now of just getting the best price posisble for one or two who are looking to move to bigger clubs.

Yeah, Gouff gets let off massively. Just a manager taking the easy route from a player he knows he'll get near the 100 percent effort from. Similar to why Jonas was always picked, certain managers tend to love those kinds of characters in their side though above the risky players like Ben Arfa. Martin Jol talked up Taarabat to be like Fulham’s version of Maradona yet he hardly found the time to put him in the side. Then the next manager couldn’t either, now he’s starting for Milan. Doesn’t make much sense. Sure if Ben Arfa left he’ll get his game elsewhere but I’d predict he’d run into these kind of troubles again and find himself looking on from the bench.

Just felt like Brett is trying to justify the benching of Ben Arfa... Robinho is absolute garbage and has been since 2010 basically, which equates to four years. If he gets called up for the World Cup it will be purely because everyone in that team admire the guy and he's an excellent person to have in the squad which is sometimes needed in a short tournament. He still produces moments of magic even now. Yes he's not got that pace he once had, but his skill is still a joy to watch. Came off the bench other week and produced some skill where i was reaching for the remote to rewind it back. You want to see the skill players playing. Like Kagawa at the weekend, was a pleasure just to watch him float around the pitch again finally and he produced it. My point with players like Ben Arfa/Taarbat is that it's not always the mangers fault to why they find themselves in and out of the side when they clearly have so much more talent than the majority at the club. There are deeper issues than simply just play them and everything will be fine for the player and the team itself like fans try to make out.

Lol have you seen pinto though? He's ass cheeks tbh Pinto's just there for the crack though, he's like a player version of Terry Mac And i'm sure he's one of Messi's best mates, that probably helps him

Krul just on the ball is a worry though, he doesn't even look comfortable on it. Valdes can play outfield in 5a side Barca matches, imagine Krul trying to join in
-
His chips out to the wing backs would end up in the top tier of Nou Camp, no chance of this Awful on the ball and hasn't got the distribution either, no chance he's a future Barca keeper. It does say as number 2 tbh. If also wager they might have better coaching staff than us Not going to be 10 mil plus on a number 2 for starters, and they could have the best GK coach in the world but it's not going to improve Krul's kicking. He's just shit at it and always has been regardless of the amount of training he must do on it

Stick Napoli/Juve on if you're bored Wullie

I'm sure they are. Till we get a new owner in I'm sure they will continue to laugh when we serve up Kinnear and Pardew...and you can't blame them either. Doesn't mean to say we can't enjoy the failings of anyone else?
-
Aye, it was belting when they came to our ground and put four past us without breaking a sweat. Well maybe aside from that Wullie if you must refer everything back to Newcastle. Bar that he's been great entertainment
-
Think Callejon has really upped his game since his switch to Napoli. Like him a lot more than I did when he was at Madrid. Sense of awareness to find the space with his movement is excellent.

Just rumours on twitter, like. Dawson/Rose seem most mentioned, then a lot of Soldado missing with his punch jokes. It actually wouldn't surprise me though if he's started scrapping in the changing rooms, he's been in charge 5 minutes and already doesn't trust himself on the touch line
-
I hope Sherwood hasn't punched anyone, I'm enjoying his current reign too much for it to end so soon.
-
What the hell is this
-
No Sherwood interview, booooooo!!!
-
He'll be checking out of management soon enough.
-
Could have another golden Sherwood interview here

Any quotes for these people, would like to see what their response was? Just seems mental to even think people wouldn't have took him. Was on Twitter, but essentially Pardew was better because Wigan went down. Canny Get some excellent mentalists on Twitter. Had a bit of a spat with 'Nufcfans' the other day claiming Pardew was better than Poch, should really have got back to them after yesterday to see their thoughts

I don't get why people think this is such a bad decision. They can't just keep playing the same players in the same positions and expect different results I'm just saying it's a big gamble. A lot of pressure for a 17 year old kid, could have been easy to stick with Bent. I love a gamble so hope it pays off for him
-
Massive gamble to play this 17 year old kid up top on his own for Fulham. Not sure that's the sort of gambles you want to be making when in a massive relegation battle. Looking forward to seeing him play though, he must be showing positive signs in training.
-
If only they got points for movement then... Well they got 3 points against us. I see you post very interestingly about how you like attacking football, yet still stick your tongue down the back of Pardew's trousers, depsite us being an awful team to watch because of his pathetic managerial skills. Is that not rather contradictory ? Act like I wouldn't want lovely football for our club. There's a reason I wouldn't even take Moyes, I'm sick of the Hughton's, Kinnear's, Pardew's, Allardyce's, taking control of us. We deserve better, under Ashley, it won't happen imo.

Lush goal that by Swansea, love it.
