Howe needs this summer, he needs transfers largely taken out of his hands but delivered players who fit the profile of being able to do a lot of pressing and tracking back, but with technical quality as an absolute must. If it takes getting in players who still need a decent amount of development, so be it. We need to refresh large areas of the squad and he needs a ton of time on the training pitch with them.
