Agreed, I have no real take on the whole “Saudis don’t care about us anymore” argument. Ultimately, we’ve learned that they have other priorities ahead of us but not really learnt how important we are in the last two years. Whether that’s down to a lack of interest or PSR regulation hamstringing us or PIF being a convoluted mess when it comes to sign off is difficult to discern. It’s potentially a mixture of all three. What can’t be denied is that for whatever reason we are a mess off the pitch and until some of the things you highlighted are sorted - namely Sporting Director, CEO, Training facilities, Stadium, major Sponsorships - we’re going to be in this limbo space of not moving forward properly as a club
