  1. Palace look surprisingly up for this

Wonder when the £80m bids are going to start pouring in for Clarke
  3. Hard to sum the season up really, feel like a lot of teams are undeservedly over-performing and a couple are undeservedly underperforming (in terms of points on both counts). For example, Wolves have been fucked over multiple times. Man U should be nowhere near where they are and I don’t think Liverpool should be fighting for the league title either. Arsenal deserve to be fighting for it, despite being dickheads. Man City have been worse than their usual level but they can afford to. Spurs’ early season form has carried them through to this point, based on post-January they must be way below CL qualifying form. That immediate bounce they got from a manager who let them play attacking football isn’t going to be there next season. Villa deserve to be fighting for CL football
  4. Stifler’s performed a miracle
  5. When the goals come they’re going to come properly. He’s going to get a lot on that left hand side of the penalty area, cutting back into a bit of space and rifling in some shots

    Anthony Gordon

He did, he was behind him and physically getting held off and then he just ran round him and took the ball. Was ridiculous
  7. It’s hard to look forward to games against Palace in terms of a footballing spectacle but hopefully we’ll win and that’s all that matters

    Lewis Hall

That sounds like a very odd criteria. What happens if he gets an injury? Doesn’t really marry up with a very loose criteria or finishing 14th or above
  9. Aye, interesting to see which posters take the weekend off after results like this
  10. Pathetic management if he has undermined Garnacho

    Emil Krafth

As shit as Timo is in front of goal he’s hard to play against because he has good movement and pace but Krafth and Murphy were too much for him physically

    Anthony Gordon

Shame for the Ev that all the signs point to him being a world class versatile wing player who has pace, excellent decision making, great crossing from the right and great cutting in on the left. Good thing for them though that they absolutely ripped us off and he’s shitter than shit

    Lewis Hall

He’s an extremely good footballer on the ball. Whatever role he ends up playing, that will come through
  14. Had a much better game. Physically he was much stronger, he anticipated things better. He still got caught on the ball but it was much improved
  15. He made a misjudgment on one occasion coming out of his box. It was interesting because he would never normally come out that far so they’re obviously trying to get him to be less static on his line. Apart from that he struggled to claim one ball that was fired straight at him. Not going to knock his performance today though, he didn’t need to do much at all because Spurs were awful
  16. Anyone who cracks some pre-written gags or lines like the Cheesestring line and keeps hitting the Blud and Fam line every other word is a hard sell for me
  17. Is Gibbs White this season’s Maddison where we talk about him loads but aren’t actually anywhere near signing him or is there some noise that we are interested and he may want to join?
  18. His feet are significantly better than Milner’s have ever been. Got lovely close control
  19. Does feel like a day when serious, searing questions can be put to one side. Tomorrow though, I hope people are ready to go again with some very serious, very powerful questions
  20. Can’t pick a fault with his game today, had some lovely touches on the left in the penalty area, was very aggressive and positive minded both in and out of possession and looks very comfortable playing with Barnes
  21. Perfect summary of how it’s a system crooked to its core. Not even talking about the impact on us as I’m pretty relaxed about how long it takes for us to see success but it’s a joke how anti-competitive it is. We just happy to see the top six richest clubs lock in those top six spots forever. Utter joke the whole thing. The whole point of sport is that it’s competitive, that there’s risk and uncertainty
  22. They’re hilarious man. Just standing off their men who are in acres of space. What are they being coached?
