Casemiro decided to show up today at least
-
Nunez doing everything possible to help Liverpool lose this game
-
What on earth was that finish Nunez? He’s such a weirdo
-
This is almost perfect so far. Man U have been appalling in most areas of the game but they might ruin Liverpool’s title run. Think that would be the funniest outcome provided Man U finish the season terribly
-
Brexit’s back on the menu boys
-
This is the worst attacking set up to a Man U side in my lifetime. When you consider that they have tons of defenders out, the question is, are the players not good enough to build a single attack, or is it to do with how they’re set up? When you consider how much their players are on, it’s impossible to understand how shit they are
-
It’s hard to put into words how awful Man U are
-
Fantastic finish by Diaz. If he didn’t play for Liverpool he’d be my favourite non-NUFC player in the league
-
Bruno F, such a massive piece of shit
-
That’s better than I’d realised but I still don’t think he’s what we need / needed
-
Only fifteen mins in but Robertson’s crossing has been shite
-
Just get on with the advantage Rashford instead of complaining while your team’s trying to build an attack. You’d expect it from an U-10 player, not a professional
-
Can’t say I’m that gutted we lost out on Szobs based on his first season here
-
This game’s going to be hilarious, can tell already
-
My take would be about what the outcome is - If you get a first touch on the ball and it clears it and then milliseconds later you clatter into someone then that’s fine and not a foul for me unless it was dangerous play, high foot, off the ground etc into someone’s standing leg. If you make contact with the ball, it’s a feather touch that doesn’t take the ball away from the opponent and then you clatter the opponent and take them out then that’s completely different for me. That’s the argument I’d make

Miley’s a bit different to Anderson though. Anderson could benefit from pace with the attacking elements of his game. Miley I think could get by without having pace as he’ll never play on the wing, his game will be a Mikel Merino type role / Cabaye / Bruno where he is receiving balls, shielding and passing rather than carrying the ball. At least that’s where I think his strengths lie, he has very good technique but he’ll mainly use to gain a yard and then spray a pass

Chelsea have to got to go to Sheffield United and get something, and... and... I'll tell you, honestly, I will love it if Sheff Utd beat them, love it

In terms of VAR judgements yesterday or lack of - Arsenal’s pen - this was a pen for me without a doubt. You can’t get a feather touch on the ball that doesn’t affect its direction and then clear someone out Wolves’ ruled out goal - Can’t think of a worse decision to disallow a goal all season. The decision to award PSG a pen was a worse decision but this was a sackable offence decision. Newcastle’s disallowed goal - Should have stood. They’re both challenging for the ball, Burn gets up higher and uses his body in a way pretty much every single player does when contesting a header, doesn’t affect the ball’s actual flight. We come back to it every week but the refs aren’t anywhere near good enough. Their judgement shows how poor they are when they’re making such appalling decisions with video replays

Not going to sit by while Beef and Mustard’s name is dragged through the mud. My favourite crisp of all time. I’ll never get over the fact they discontinued them, fucking dickheads
-
Bruno’s positivity is infectious. Howe must love that element of his character
-
Can’t wait for Burnley to fuck off. They’ve been tragic
-
He’s actually got a really good footballing brain, he’s a good passer and has excellent vision, just fairly average in a few too many other areas
-
Probably up there with the worst ref decisions I’ve ever seen to overturn a goal for that
-
I think he’ll have a much tougher game with the way Spurs set up, not only because they have better players than Everton and Fulham. However, his weakness which is pace won’t be exposed to anywhere near the level it can be at LB. Think his days playing at LB should be over but he’s a very capable CB who should still be getting a lot of game time for us

There’s definitely a player there. I think what’s tricky is figuring out exactly what player he is. He’s very good technically, he’s attack-minded, very strong and good at hold up play. He’s not quick though so a wing role doesn’t seem the perfect fit. I think a LCM role seems the best fit for him but could he play CM or AM? I’m not sure in all honesty because I’ve not seen enough of him. LCM isn’t a perfect fit for us unless Joelinton doesn’t stay or Willock doesn’t get back to full fitness as both are stronger players right now
