  1. I thought the Samu transfer broke down due to a medical issue? Am I misremembering?

    João Pedro

We know they want him out because of disciplinary issues. Should help with the fee
  3. £70m? Aye, to get a world class full back who can play on both sides and is the best 1:1 full back defensively in the league
  4. Don’t want Neto, such an unlikeable lad, even if he is quality
  5. If they want him in time for the club World Cup too, then add an extra £15m to the £100m

    England

Has this been as horrific as the scoreline and line up suggests?
  7. Doubt he’s desperate to go but can see the attraction there, they will pay more, they will win more and the way they bring players in defensively he could be their top choice for a decade. However, he’s ours and I wouldn’t sell at anything less than £100m
  8. They can fuck themselves into the sun
  9. Yeah, mainly. I absolutely loved his game, haven’t watched him consistently for a while but I think whoever he signs for next will get a here-for-the-paycheck version of him and he’s only going to go one way even if he has occasional games where he’s amazing
  10. Wouldn’t want him to personally
  11. Haven’t seen a lot of them but I really didn’t like Adeyemi
  12. Should drop down to the championship for a club like Coventry
  13. You did see him mostly at your club though where footballers go to die
  14. He’s a lot more two footed than I realised
  15. I have to admit, as much as I think people are massively underrating him I wouldn’t be happy spending anywhere near £50m for him. We desperately need more quality on the ball to become more comfortable in possession. I would personally like a player on the wing like Dibling who is much more technically gifted but I’m confident Eddie would get him playing the best football of his career
  16. If we were to sign him I’d want a 10 in the team for sure. Our main issue this season came against teams that sat back. I don’t think Elanga would massively help with that unless we get a quality playmaker
  17. I don’t think so, at least not against a low block where he has to hold it up
  18. Eh? He’s hardly an idiot, he’s a very good crosser of the ball and he’s only just turned 23. He’s not just pace
  19. They’d both get them above mid table but I don’t think they’d be looking at champions league spots
  20. This would be a really good deal I think
  21. He’s quite a difficult player to summarise, plays like a 10. Has very good technique and often does impressive things while also messing up incredibly simple things far too often. I think he’s likely to become a really good consistent player with time and for a price under £35m he’d be worth it but I have no idea what he’d go for. I don’t think we should be in for him at £40m or above
