I despise the way he carries on. He always screams in the most absurd situations too, yesterday he was in the middle of nowhere and Nick picked a better option and then he’s screaming his head off. It’s a joke

I want him to stay I just feel like he needs some proper downtime, he’s at 100% all the time and it bled into the off season as well. It’s just not healthy, we all suffer from being on it nonstop and it makes it harder to think clearly. Hopefully we can get through the season and he can have a proper break in the summer where he can be a lot more hands off until pre-season

If anything, it’s Howe that needs to freshen up. Feel like he needs a break mentally from it all so he can see the team with fresh eyes. Must get so difficult to appraise a team after a while, especially one in transition. There’s just no way to do that, the summer really fucked us in so many ways. He had to do too much to try and hold everything together. The knock on impact of the summer has been enormous - * Losing Isak, especially with it being drawn out all summer * Our shite director of football leaving at the start of the window under a cloud * Losing out on all our targets to our rivals * The team being hugely disrupted by the Isak situation * New signings coming in extremely late and barely a pre-season * Howe having to be integral to all business including transfers * Starting the season with no rotation options in the majority of positions Just a complete mess and the failings were partly on PIF, partly on misfortune and to a much smaller degree partly on Howe (incomings, ie Elanga)

I do think that teams have figured out exactly how to set up against us to limit us to low percentage chances. It’s on Howe to figure out how to sort that out. Personally, I think it would be solved by Wolte and Wissa playing together and a new RW signing in January, with Barnes playing at LW. Im also sure that all of the above will not happen

Ramsey will be quality for us. As is Woltemade and he’ll only get better. Thiaw is class. I’m not convinced we’ll see close to the value we paid for either Wissa or Elanga, and the latter is particularly gruelling as we’d needed to replace that position for about eight transfer windows on the run

Would like to see him sold. A top player on his day, that day is five times a season. In the other games he’s extremely average. Not a player we can rely on to get us to the next level. Sell him while his stock is still close to its highest level

I completely agree that it’s the way forward. Think it has the potential to completely transform us going forwards. Not sure at what point we’ll see it this season though, if at all

He’s exactly who we need. He’ll continue to deliver lasting success but we need some major sales and buys in the transfer market and to prise the following players out of the side - Gordon and Joelinton. We need a new keeper and sadly a new RW. If we make all those changes with the right players we’ll smash teams for fun again. The right players all need to be footballers who can control a football in tight positions under pressure
