They’ve always said our transfer policy is about the right targets longer term, rather than filling immediate needs. It’s frustrating and has meant that this season has been a huge struggle but if it pays off next season and beyond then it ends up being worth it. We have got a cheap deal for Hall long term but an expensive deal short term. Or at least, that’s what I hope.
