Palmer is easily £100m. He’s ridiculously good. Probably just about as bankable a player as you can get, he’d improve any team
-
I think he’s got the potential to be a very good player. You don’t pass the ball like he does without being extremely talented. I don’t remember Sean that well when he came through younger and obviously we need a bigger sample size and for him to continue to develop but all the signs suggest he’s good enough to make it with us

Can I have one Live Laugh Hate Minteh please

I thought he looked excellent, his range of passing was basically second to Bruno’s. He was very good at protecting the ball and showed good movement and understanding going forward. His main issue was his positioning defensively but you’d expect that for someone his age. He looked a better player than Sean despite only being 17

Still think Graham Potter would have been a very good fit for England. Would have kept the defensive solidity of Southgate but would have had us playing better going forwards

Bob Geldof isn’t a fan, the racist

Beve Struce Stebe Vruce Svebe Truce Treve Sbuce I think all made it to interview

Everyone’s a downgrade. Isak is world class and it’s a major failing that we’re not getting him into games more. I do think not having a strong right wing massively affects Isak as he tends to drift left when going wide. Our left is already way stronger so it’s a waste having all the quality over there where sides can focus on shutting us down

Couldn’t give a fuck really. Just pleased it’s not Eddie. I actually think it’s a decent appointment in terms of a manager who has a very clear way of playing and one who tends to get quick results in the short-term but whether it works or not I don’t really care an enormous amount
-
Completely agree, a decent number of professional footballers could have put that wide as well. You expect a striker to score that maybe 9 times out of 10 but it’s not that rare for them to miss like that

Unlucky the Chels

Very happy to get on board with that completely unsubstantiated rumour

Name a bigger con artist in football than Roberto Martinez

Must be absolutely brutal bring a fan of Scottish team sports on a national level save for Curling

That’s not satire? Someone actually wrote that sincerely?

Less of that talk Dubya, you mutinous worm

“Eddie, sources are saying that Paul Mitchell was hell bent on drugging you unconscious and cuffing you before driving you down to the FA headquarters and throwing you through their front window with a tag labelled “come get me”. Have you spoken to Paul about this and if so, how destroyed beyond recognition is your relationship?”

Get the fuck in, will make international football more interesting and Eddie is ours

It’s unpredictable, there are a bunch of new players. Also, with no subs it creates a fitness challenge for teams. Think it’s going to be a class contest. We’ll sort the men from the frogs

What do you do for work Paully?

In some circumstances I’d say that would be a sensible move but I find it hard to believe it’ll play out that way with Jim at the helm with the Glazers mopping up the profits. Jim seems to generally have achieved poorly in his sporting ventures and most of them are a lot simpler to run than Man Utd. I’d be amazed if he’s the one to bring Man U back as a serious force in the league

Does feel like it’s morphed into Greedball. I can still enjoy watching the game but fuck me, I absolutely hate it when I’m not watching it

I’d like to say that where we are right now is going to be the low point for football but i think in five year’s time I’ll be hoping the exact same thing

Do find it absolutely baffling how willing coaches are to play TAA in any position so long as he’s on the pitch

Because people haven’t been voting in their own interest at times because they have no power. Therefore, rules that suit a smaller number of clubs have come into effect to their detriment
