  1. like that. maybe cabaye to play deeper than anita? Fixed.
  2. I expect sky writing above the DW stadium f*** me, i'm, already sacrificing my future happiness for you That might just be the highlight for a long time.
  3. Shame they wasted the money in building a new stand with an excellent view instead of investing it in players. As it stands they won't be able to fill their stadium anywhere close to capacity.

Sitting in our half minus the breakaway counters.

Not sure where you get the 'West Ham is a physical team, we struggle against them' idea from when we almost exclusively sit back half the time for all matches. We managed to do well against them in the first half and yet we can't deal with them so decided to drop back in the 2nd half apparently. It's not Pardew's fault that Ben Arfa the outlet was sacrificed for Shola the outlet and Cisse bumped off to the right wing, aye. We lack sufficient pace to be a counterattacking team. Pardew had the whole season to implement a plan B if he thinks Ben Arfa is his answer, and yet he has failed miserably. Pardew not to be blamed for that game when we should have gone for 3 pts and he settled for one ffs. That one point concept must be alien to Martinez.

Seems extraordinarily far-fetched, especially since 2 of the the main guys you'd want running into the box are Cabaye and Marveaux and they're either camped on the edge of their own box or sat on the bench when players such as Jonas and Tiote are on the pitch and further forward than Cabaye is. The West Ham game is a good example of this. First half, the players were committed, attacking and getting forward. 2nd half, we reverted to camping in our half shit-scared of conceding, handing the initiative over to West Ham. Cue a smiling Pardew. We have to ask why he is so happy that players are not running into the box when his gameplan apparently didn't ask for them to sit back. Someone must have missed the players making runs into the box in the first half. They are perfectly capable of it. It's a matter of being told to curb their instincts and told to defend at all costs like they did in the 2nd half.

Deal is dependent on them staying up. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/apr/18/ricky-van-wolfswinkel-norwich-chris-hughton Hughton disagrees with some certainty. Sporting will also be in financial trouble. They need the money. Hmmm not seen that before. Bit risky you'd have thought, Norwich aren't the most wealthy club going. Think they should be fine with the parachute payments increased from 48m to 60m. Blackburn did sign Rhodes for 8m too and they probably have a darker future ahead.

  11. Did the players ever get to wear that 3d kit by any chance?
  12. Twas Lyon. Aye. http://www.footballkitnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/Lyon-3D-Football-Kit-12-13.jpg
  13. I suppose glow in the dark works when you get kinky with your lass. Was it them or Bordeaux who came out with the 3D kit this season?

Aye, that's why I'm trying to distract myself til Tuesday in order to preserve some sanity. Both results could go our way and relieve some of the anxiety leading to the must-win game at the weekend. It's freaking mental with the number of teams still in danger, more so when we are included.

Bloody unbearable 2 weeks with all those possibilities.
  17. Seems amenable to input/interference from Derek and Mike from the feel of that article, that's a plus. He has also worked in the French youth setups and knows Ligue 1. Working with Carr in the French market could possibly complement each other in terms of targets (cheap, young) and playing style. He's also desperate for a PL job and shouldn't cost much in wages. Could be a good option.

I just try not to think too much until the Monday and Tuesday results are in. Any permutations could potentially swing our relegation chances significantly, we would be back to this thread dreading the possible scenarios that follow. Could well do without the depression for another day or two. There's plenty more after Tuesday to worry about.
