Tbf if it frees Cabaye and Sissoko total license to roam forward it may not be that bad. Just like how Yaya Toure destroyed us last season when pushed into an advanced role after Nigel de Jong came on.

Cabaye, if played in an advanced role and HBA should weigh in with their share of goals. Reckon Sissoko and to a lesser extent MYM will contribute too.

Even for Simpson, I'll be tempted to keep him if we don't get a significant offer, so we can have him as an option for the Europa League. We will depend on the return of Cabaye and Ben Arfa to contribute their fair share of goals since Cisse has been struggling and we do not know what impact Gouffran will have. Reckon goals will also come from Sissoko and MYM too. Will be nice to have goals from all over the park than to rely hugely on a single player.

Think Mole is saying that MYM is more Colo-like in style, with his reading of the game and interceptions. Different from a track bully CB like Douglas, which would of course complement a Colo/MYM nicely.
